My room was quite cool, around 69 degrees. I kept turning up the thermostat, with no results. Finally I called the handyman, who came, looked at the thermostat, and then told me he would go downstairs and turn the heat on. Then my room warmed up. But by the next morning, it was cold again. I had a "town house" room, which I think meant that it was a room without windows. Breakfast options were limited. For about $415 a night, I had expected something better.

We had a nice stay here. There were some minor up keep issues like missing caulk in the bathroom and wallpaper was bubbling and coming off the walls. Cleaning service dos not give us clean wash cloths or replace the empty Kleenex. Breakfast was good, but there were few options for anything hot. Oatmeal was the only hot food option. No eggs or sausage or bacon. Coffee and tea were offered 24 hours which was nice.

They are very understaffed. All you really saw were cleaning people. When wanting any service (i.e., buy something from concession area, checking out) you had to a long time before getting anyone. I was about to leave a note so that I wouldn't miss my flight, the guy in front of me left his key cards and ran out because he was really late and we all had been waiting a long time to be checked out (more than 20 minutes). We were finally able to flag a cleaning person and get them to help us.

Quiet and spare in furnishings. Best hotel bed I’ve had in ages. Otherwise staff and service were adequate in the best sense of the word. Breakfast was heavy on breads and sugars, packaged goods. Plain yogurt please not the fruit flavors w/fake sugar substitutes.

Excellent staff, friendly and efficient. Although the continental breakfast is served from 7 to 10, by 8:30 all the good stuff was gone. Early risers were treated to a variety of nice pastries. When the pastries were gone, all that was left was sandwich bread and American cheese slices, plus cereal. The second day they ran out of milk and had only almond milk for cereal.

The lady who helped us when we arrived early in the day was amazing. She helped stow our bags as check-in wasn’t until after 3pm and talked about the area and where to find some places to eat. unfortunately when we checked into our room at 8pm it was warm and stuffy, and the air conditioning did not work. We went to the front desk and the man at the front desk assigned somebody from maintenance who came right away and explained to us that the air-conditioning had a burnt smell and it was not working. Our phone was also broken. The two male staff at the front desk, said there was nothing further that they could do as the hotel was 100% booked. They told us our room was assigned and they could not provide us with a different room even though we had checked in earlier than others. They offered a discount but said there was nothing else we could do but we were welcome to cancel our reservation and find something else at another property at 9 pm. When we asked to speak with a manager, they stated there would not be a manager there until 7 AM but they confirmed that they had spoken with the manager and all they were allowed to do was offer us a discount. While this may not seem to be such a big deal to some- travelling with 3 women over the age of 55 - means you NEED air conditioning- and you should receive what you pay for. After a long day of travelling this was a huge disappointment.

The architecture of the building is frankly bizarre. The windows face *into* the hotel, so you can see the hallway (and passersby can see into your room!) but there is no view outside and no natural light. I suppose it is my fault for not checking ahead of time, but before this hotel stay I had no idea that this could even be a possibility! What hotel guest wants to look at other hotel guests as they walk by? What hotel guests want to be seen by other guests as they walk by?
