Wonderful place to stay not perfect but wonderful!

My day was good one thing I would like to suggest though is more towels and face cloths in the rooms and also box of tissues not just in the bathroom also maybe change your shampoo and body wash cause it smells nasty doesn't smell good at all and fix your cooling and heating system because it does not function properly no matter what room I stay in it doesn't work correctly you can't get it cool enough and you can't get it warm enough it's always set at one certain temperature only and that does not help out the guest that staying over and all my stay was good. I wish I knew where my charging cord went to but no one has kid to check with housekeeping multiple times to find out I still have not heard anything yet.

Expensive and additional “resort fee” and early check in fee on top of the parking fee for mid amenities (a breakfast as part of the resort fee that was only breads, cereal/oatmeal, and fruit). Room had minimal furnishing and you could not adjust the room temp. Not worth the money but the location is convenient.

Staff were friendly upon check-in and out. The hotel was nicely decorated and clean and in a very walkable location to Fenway and surrounding area. The room was fine but the beds were small and the hallway was noisy. The breakfast was nothing more than coffee, pastries and toast. No hot food.

Short 2 night stay

Me and my Son liked the hotel, it was clean, safe and in a good area. The parking underneath the hotel is really tight and we were lucky to get the last spot when we had to check in late at 9:30pm. Besides that, it was close to things where we wanted to go. I would stay there again

Most of the rooms have no windows to the outside, and this is not knowable until you arrive. The room temperature control didn't work and the room was extremely hot. The breakfast was unimpressive. Overall way overpriced for what you are getring.

Great location, and rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and very responsive. Good fitness room and breakfast. Only complaint was the 3x our thermostat shorted out, requiring repair, once late at night. It's a common complaint, and they have staff on site to fix, but still a tad annoying-- and hot in the summer! But I'd ggo back-- great property at this price point.

Overall decent stay. Great location, walkable and train station right in front. Hotel itself is average, nothing great. Clean room, but dark with poor illumination. Bellow average breakfast; Lots of carbs and almost no protein options.
