Fantastic location in the heart of the city. Room was really small with no real amenities. Beverage stations were minimal, but the staff were super friendly. And loved being near all the hot spots in Boston. Very clean and welcoming just would like the room to offer a bit more.

★★★★★ (5 out of 5 Stars) My recent stay at the property was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the genuine care and professionalism of the staff. This was proven in a big way when I accidentally left my purse in the lobby. The team not only secured it immediately but went out of their way to ensure it was returned to me safely. This level of attentiveness and honesty is truly commendable and set the tone for my entire visit. Beyond the wonderful service, the amenities themselves were excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the facilities (like the fitness center) were top-notch and well-maintained. It's clear the management takes pride in their property. I only have one minor tip for future guests: if you are a dark room sleeper like me, you might notice a bit of light from the hallway coming under the door. A simple towel or the provided robe placed along the bottom easily fixes this. It was a small detail that in no way overshadowed the fantastic experience. Overall, I couldn't recommend this property more highly. The combination of incredibly kind staff and great amenities makes it a standout choice. I will absolutely be returning!

While we found the hotel itself to be old and beautiful, with nice bars and a fantastic, central location close to everything. The room was a disappointment. We paid for a premium room and it was quite small. The bathroom was tiny and had a sliding door vs a door you can actually shut. The hotel's website pictures were deceiving; they showed a larger room with a chair that was not present by the very small unusable desk and frankly would not fit. Air Conditioning/heater in our room did not work properly, there is no auto setting for it to stay on? Would just shut off after 15 min then randomly come on. Noise: I would not recommend a lower floor due to the significant noise heard from the streets below. With the air not working properly we could not keep the room temp comfortable nor drown out the noise. When I inquired about the discrepancy between the website photos and the actual room, I was told that the rooms vary in size.

My wife and I didn't eat breakfast so I can't give a review of it. The hotel is in a great location. The lobby was decorated for Christmas and looked so festive. The room was okay in size but the bathroom was the biggest disappointment. It was very modern and wasn't a big fan of it. The bathroom door doesn't shut all the way and it's not sound proof either. The mattress could of been newer too.
