Absolutely LOVED it! Fabulous location. Can walk easily to many historical sites. Food was fabulous! Staff were also fabulous! Will stay here again when in Boston. My cousin was staying at Ritz down the street and I loved our hotel so much more!

The hotel is beautiful, the staff fabulous, the location is unbeatable, the walls are paper thin, and if you weight more than 160lbs you won’t fit in the tiny space that is set aside for the toilet !

This hotel is sort of a faded grand dame. The decor is opulent. But the breakfast service was sub-par and the food was just OK. The food service staff didn’t seem to want to be there and it was impossible to find a host to seat us in the bar or restaurant. The bar was loud and messy and uncomfortable, not what we were expecting for the bar in a nice hotel. The front desk and bell staff were really excellent though.
