There were two shampoos and one conditioner and no soap. The ceiling over the shower was cracked. No makeup remover wipes or black washcloths for makeup. I feel that if you are paying the price you are paying maybe these small things could be considered.

The noise in the room was very loud, next door room was making noise all the night, you can listen everything. Also as we were in the 4th floor we heard everything in th street, from walking people to the construction in front the hotel. There for experience was not the best

Great location could walk to all downtown Boston areas. Boston commons are right there, nice hotel. Only complaint was how Un comfy the bed was. It was very worn down. Paying the price of this hotel, I would think the beds would be better.
