The hotel it self was great. The room was just the right size and the amenities including the ipad control was a nice touch. Our view was amazing but we did pay for the premium view (Mass Ave reccomended). There was an issue on the second night of our stay where the ipad stopped operating our television, and the provoded remote also didn't work. The phone app worked okay but its one bummer about tying evetrything into the ipad is when is when it breaks, it kind of bricks the whole room. Food and drinks were a little pricey but for the area it seemed only marginally marked up for convenience. That said the location can't be beat if you're in town for a Red Sox game or museum going!

Loved this property! Only negative part was the actual bed. Very hard in the middle of the night to use bathroom when you have to jump over your partner to get out of the bed. Otherwise very clean!!

Great stay in the Back Bay area

Fab stay at CitizenM Boston Back Bay. Amazing welcome and great room concept which worked well for us (a couple) for a few nights. Loved the light bright rooms and the huge window with some great views over the city. The housekeeping was also great while we were there. Enjoyed the social lounges and outside terraces as well. Location worked well for us, would use again and would also look at CitizenM options in other cities in the future.

Great location but no parking

We loved the location to Fenway Park. The bed is extremely comfortable, but it’s up against the window so getting in and out can be a challenge. We’re both small people so I wish I thought of sleeping across the bed instead of up and down it would’ve made getting up during the night more convenient. The room was very small, making movement quite difficult more like a small cruise ship room but it has a nice vibe and would definitely stay again
