Family trip, was there for halloween in salem, drove 900 miles. Service was really slow, only one person checking people in. I paid $400 for a room here, I'm sure it was because it was October, so not worth it. They do not clean your room unless you ask, that includes towels. When I asked, they only dropped off towels, didnt take the dirty ones, didnt take the trash or manage the beds. For $400, you would expect more. Walls are thin, heard people taking in the hall at 2am, heard the footsteps of the people above me. What a disappointment.

Stay was fine. Did have a little mouse in our room and was just told they would take care of it. House keeping wasn't suppose to clean unless we ordered it but they cleaned our room several times. Not too far from Salem or Boston to visit.

After checking into our room for the second time (The first room had an air conditioner that had a vibration so loud that it was deafening), we were on our way to the 3rd floor and seen mice running in the hallway. one of the mice went into Room 319. We were then staying in 303 so we put towels under the large gap under our door to help prevent any from coming into our room. When we left the room, we would pull a towel from the inside to the outside to put in front of our door while we were gone. We thought we had a funny smell behind the dorm fridge in our room, (it was a faint dead animal smell)...The 3rd night, we saw a mouse running from under the bed to the other bed... we called the front desk and they moved us to the other end of the hall... this was about 10pm. When I went to front desk to get keys to a third room during our stay, she told me she refunded that night. but since I booked through Expedia, the refund would go to them and I would have to call Expedia to get the refund from them. The next day I called and they tried to get a refund back from this hotel, but couldn't obtain one. Expedia was nice enough to give me a $100 credit to my Expedia account for my trouble. Do not stay at this hotel.....On top of the mice problem they have, the girl working that night lied about the refund.
