Front staff was wonderful - welcoming, knowledgeable, efficient. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Location was excellent for walking the Freedom Trail and taking the trolley. Would stay again.

The location is great especially for walking the North End or attending an event at TD Garden. The check in staff member, Josh, gave us the best customer service. Our room was incredible! We were overall so happy with our stay.

Check in was not what it should have been. A long while back I had to cancel a credit card. It happened to be the card I used for the reservation. It never crossed my mind that this was the card I used for this reservation because I made it months and months and months ago. I guess it is their policy to run the credit card a few days before check in and if it is no good they cancel your reservation without a phone call. They advised me they emailed me but I didn't see it because it wasn't from Courtyard but a personal email from Micah Cohen and in the Subject line it read.... IMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED. I am never going to open an email like that. They did get me a room but not the room I booked and paid for. In the end I was told I was lucky to get a room. I believe cancelling someone's vacation should include a phone call and voice mail.

The property was close to all the stuff we had to do. The tv didn't work in the room nor did the refrigerator and we wasted over 50 dollars worth of food. We told the front desk but they said they're was so engineers on at that time. Very disappointing
