Overall a great stay, had a couple of minor issues that were quickly resolved the next day and double checked on the day after. Location is great, near to all. Would stay again!
Stayed here a couple nights while exploring Boston with my family. It was a short walk to the T which my kids enjoyed more than some of the attractions. Family tip, kids ride free so no need to get them T passes. Property was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Highly recommend!
This property did not live up to our standards of previous properties, upon checking in we were greeted by a bug on the 3 floor bed, and that was the start of it. Then I contacted the host and they offered very minimal compensation. But through out the weekend bugs kept appearing in every room on the walls, bathrooms, and in bedrooms.Check out was at 11am the cleaning personnel without knocking just put in the door code and walked in at 9:45 to start cleaning and we told her check out was at 11 and proceeded to stay out in the driveway. I would not recommend this stay until they address the bug problem. 1/5 rating
We loved that this apartment was tucked away and quiet. Well equipped kitchen & everything was clean. A few improvements would be hooks in the bathrooms to hang clothes while taking a shower & a small table or stand to put toiletries. One other comment....nice TV but no place to relax after a long day. A smaller TV in each bedroom would be nice to relax & watch a show. Thank you for the cleanliness & updated appearance.
The place was exactly as pictured! Clean and easy to access. Tons of extra linens around. I needed to message the property manager twice, and they responded incredibly quickly (within 10 minutes each time). My friend and I stayed here for a conference in town. Close to orange line- the walk did include a pretty decent hill on the way back home from the T, so keep that in mind if you are not super able bodied.Do be prepared they have a property manager and will reach out in a couple emails to correspond with you and have you fill out forms! A little different than classic VRBO's.
We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The kitchen was well equipped. The only thing I would have liked were softer pillows. A maintenance guy had left his backpack on the counter, but communications about it were clear, and it didn't disturb our trip. The apartment was further from Back Bay than I remembered/expected, but we still walked there & back when we didn't have our luggage. No real living room, just the kitchen table, but that was clear from the listing. We'd stay there again!
Cute little condo in Boston⊠pretty quiet neighborhood, able to find street parking easily. The master bed had a broken frame which we discovered when going to bed our first night⊠huge crater in bed, very very uncomfortable to sleep on. Notified hosts the next day and they offered to come fix it. We were out and about seeing the sites, so I asked them to wait, but then I received a text that they had gone in and fixed it despite me asking them to wait. I was glad to have the bed fixed, and glad to have a more comfortable nights sleep, but wasnt happy to have had them come in when we werenât there, especially after I specifically asked them not to. The communication was good, and the condo is decorated nicely, with a homey feel, and lots of nice touches. The price was reasonable.
This was much better than a hotel for my son and I. Comfy clean beds. Only downside was no real common area other than kitchen and only TV was in the kitchen. Thereâs no living room and no TVs in the bedrooms which were bigger than the kitchen sitting spot to use as an alternative. But great for a business person or someone only sleeping there.
