We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and quiet. Staff was very nice and helpful.Breakfast was delicious and healthy. It was walking distance to the metro. It was the perfect hotel for our vacation. My only complaint was that parking was expensive and an added charge. It was something like $63 a day, but I hadn’t budgeted for.

Unreasonable deposit

I am surprised that the hotel ask for a USD100/night deposit but never show this in the website. It means 700 for 7 noght, if over 7 days, you need to pay further deposit at day 7. It is very uncomfortable to me as im not ready much additional funding for this booking even i know they will not be charged.

My experience was amazing. Milagros in front Desk provided exceptional customer service by recommending places to visit in downtown Boston, helping to request by cab to the airport and answering all my questions. Julian was really nice when helping us in the restaurant. Juana , the house keeper was very sweet and made sure we had everything we needed in our rooms on time. Will definitely come back to this place!

It seems to be an otherwise good hotel - but on a recent weekend stay there was a disturbance outside on the streets in the middle of the night on a Friday night with young people playing music at extremely loud volume from their cars and just general mayhem. It appeared to be a chaotic situation outside the hotel until the Police finally came and broke it up. Unfortunately, the following night was only slightly better. I'm not sure what was going on, and of course the hotel can't be blamed directly for this type of disturbance, but travelers should still know about it as it made it difficult to sleep.

I really like this property. It's right within walking distance of the Boch Center and several different restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel itself was delicious and the staff were all super friendly. The valet parking is a little expensive, but as someone who doesn't feel confident driving in the city, it was perfect for me because I was able to just leave my car at the hotel and walk to the show I was there for. I could definitely hear others in the hallway a few times during the night, but nothing crazy and nothing enough to actually disturb my night.

Welcoming staff! The major drawback was no free wifi for guests, even in rooms. Would reconsider staying at hilton for work trips for this reason.
