I like the location of the property since it is close to subway/train and bus stops. The room is large and comfortable. I do want to share a little bit of unhappiness of the check-in process. The staff at the front desk could not find my name which is on my foreign ID(BC, Canada) and then he laughed at the government who made this ID. I know he wanted to kidding but I still feel a bit of uncomfortable and offensive.

Loved the walk ability of the area. Along the beach line, quiet yet close to everything. Hotel had Starbucks coffee in lobby. Or a full breakfast buffet if that’s more your preference. Will definitely come bk again.

Staff are lovely. Close to cruise ship ports and offers shuttle to/from ports and airport!! Walking distance to JFK subway station. Small, cosy bar services the large lobby area and both bartenders were friendly, professional and helpful. No real restaurant but bar food selection was perfect for our needs. Breakfast buffet looked really good. Rooms have individual climate controls - perfect!

After we picked up our luggages at the airport around 6:25 pm, we called for the shuttle to pick up us, only to be told that the next shuttle available is 7:30pm. The staff told us to wait for an hour for the shuttle. We ended up took taxi.

Short walk to the train line with connections to all over the Boston area. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff and the shuttle drivers. Not many restaurants in the immediate area, but Uber Eats delivers and staff made great recommendations.
