Worst night sleep in a hotel ever. This property is near the Boston Medical Center and there are ambulances coming and going all light with sirens blaring. Also the police are constantly trying to clear homeless people near the property by simply leaning on their sirens. All night long. Do not stay here. I took my family and left after one night, cancelled the second night res and went to the Hyatt at the waterfront. Big upgrade.

The price was low here compared to many other nearby hotels in Boston. After my stay I can see why. The proximity to the methodone clinic (across the street) and the nonstop sirens blaring made it feel unsafe while walking around the area. Additionally, being ~ 1 mile from the nearest subway station was kind of a hassle.

A diffefent experience

Cant fault the hotel, lovely big rooms, clean and comfortable. The double glazing was jolly inaffective though as you could hear everything on a very busy junction, didnt bother me because i was intrigued by the nightlife activities of the lets say less fortunate. Probably not too safe to wander around at night or ealy morning, but the hotel was safe and secure. The bonus of the coadjoined Cuban restaurant was a big bonus.

The hotel is far too close to the hospital. However, it would be a perfect stay if visiting someone at the hospital. Dining was not very close except for the one attached.

There is a homeless shanty across the street, and they wander into the entrance area of the hotel. Many vocal homeless people call things out, and frighten the guests. There is a need for a police presence outside the doors. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the stay was pleasant once inside. But the homeless community was very disruptive.

Dirty and beat up. Worst location noisy with homeless encampments. Check in gal was nasty. Don’t even try to ask her for anything. Don’t stay here. More like a motel 6. Parking was strange as well no thanks to the hotel receptionist who expects you to know how it works.

Pleasant stay

We stayed for one night in a king suite. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle was helpful in getting to our destination.
