First room had a person in it already (10:30 at night) Second room a maintenance guy was pushing his tool cart out of the door as we walked in and reeked like paint fumes. Got a third room which was fine. They said we could drink the bottled water for free. Wow, thanks!

Stuff not working in room. Shower physically hurt to be under, very sharp and hard water. Room service did not work, phone to call from desk did not work at all. Didn’t check in on time, couldn’t accomodate any of the things I’d asked because it was a special night for Mrs and I Would not stay here again
