This place was absolutely fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay truly enjoyable. The room was beautifully decorated and located in a prime spot. Th staff is as so warm and welcoming. From the doorman that opened the car door for us to valet park and the staff at check in and the bell hops who assisted with luggage storage, they all were so nice! The room was clean and updated, comfortable beds and thrilled to finally see a steamer instead of an iron to use lol. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious, quiet and cozy. Our only complaint is that the lights outside were very bright from an empty building across the road, felt like daytime all the time. The blackout blinds helped a lot but still had light coming in at night. However this was beyond the hotel's control.

Excellent hotel and staff! Can’t recommend it enough, you will not be disappointed. We booked our stay to attend a concert at the House of Blues and we were so impressed that we will back just to stay at the hotel and find something to do in Boston. For all you truck owners, valet was able to park my large pickup with no problem, an often overlooked benefit when trying to find parking in Boston.
