Try to stay away from rooms facing freeway

I had a room facing nearby freeway and the noise from the freeway was rather loud from the early morning. It was loud enought to awake me around 5am. Of course, that is not the fault of the hotel. If you are using this hotel, you may want to ask for a room away from the freeway.

For a Hyatt property and the cost, I was quite disappointed with the condition of the rooms, specifically the bathroom that has paint peeling, dirty caulking and mold in the shower and room around the window. The carpet in the room and especially the hallways smelled musty and visually dirty. The staff that we interacted with were lovely. I will definitely chose another hotel next time I visit.

In major need of a facelift.

Front desk staff was super friendly and check in was easy. Our room was spacious but the bathroom was in disrepair - broken tiles and missing grout in shower and the wallpaper was significantly buckled. The box spring on our bed was showing (the sheet wasn’t pulled all the way down) and there were large brown stains. The breakfast buffet was alright, just not a huge selection. The pool and gym were fine. Based on our room alone, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Check in staff was amazing! There is not a lot to do around the hotel within walking distance and definitely no where to eat for a family, however, easy to drive to many places. Not enough linens

unfortunatrlly terrible stay this Time. we booked room for three adults, the pullout couch had one bottom sheet, no top sheet or blanket. Tried to call front desk no answer, went to desk so buisy .Next day told my issue the front desk said probably would not got another pillow because they don't have enough no apology for the fact my daughter had to use towels to sleep under.
