We were only disappointed with sheets that were not cleaned to our satisfaction. There was something hairy and sticky on our sheets and we cleaned it ourselves. We did expect more from a nicer hotel.

The room was very small with no area for putting on makeup. The bathroom sink area was also very small. The toilet seat would not stay up for my husband while urinating. Mattress could have been firmer.

We loved this hotel. The staff was very helpful. There was a bus stop right behind the hotel and the MTBA bus/subway system was so easy to get around. We tried many local food places but Moxies was by far the best around!!!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Hyatt. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a view that took my breath away. The amenities were top-notch—whether it was the comfortable bed, the well-equipped gym, or the relaxing pool, everything exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety, and the service throughout the hotel was friendly, attentive, and professional. This stay truly felt like a home away from home, and I can’t recommend the hyatt enough. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next trip!

Shower head was broken. Lots of rust on tiles of shower floor. Sink not very clean on inside. Needed more lighting overhead in ceiling, there was none of that. Rack with hangers was too low, could not hang suit of dresses on it due to the fact they hung and hit the floor in bathroom.
