I recently stayed at the Hyatt and had a mixed experience. When I first arrived, the room smelled musty, so I asked to change rooms. The second room was slightly better but still had a faint musty odor, which was disappointing. On the positive side, dining was very convenient. There’s a restaurant right in the building, and it was easy to get a good meal without having to leave the hotel. The hotel staff overall were super nice and helpful, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the shuttle driver left a bad impression. When we came outside, the shuttle was there with the door open, but the driver was nowhere to be seen. We waited outside until he finally came out and rather rudely told us, “Get in, the door is open.” Then, instead of dropping us at the departures area at the airport, he dropped us at arrivals, which was inconvenient and unprofessional. Overall, the friendliness of most staff and the convenient dining were highlights, but the musty rooms and unpleasant shuttle experience brought down my stay.

We decided to stay at this property for our first time in Boston because of the location. It was easy to get to from the airport with the free shuttle, and we were also able to use the shuttle to get to the subway station. We got an aviation room and the plane nerds in our family LOVED that! Great view and tons of planes coming and going, right out the window. The hotel smelled amazing, like a spa almost, when we first walked in. The front desk employees were very nice as well. Even though we had four people staying in our room, the housekeeping staff only stocked the room with 2 of each type of towels and every single day we had to ask for more towels, which was frustrating. We were also really surprised that this hotel has all DOUBLE beds instead of queen beds. The room was quite spacious and it definitely would have room for queens. With a family of four, two double beds was really not ideal, and there was no pull out sofa nor any other options. The beds were also extremely firm and uncomfortable. The bathroom was spacious, but had no fan. There was no microwave in the room, which would have been handy. However, there is a mini fridge but it isn't listed in the amenities. There is no pool in this hotel. There is an attached restaurant; however, the prices are expensive and food appeared to be nothing special. Overall, it was a fine stay, but I really cannot recommend it if you have more than two people in your group.

Great proximity to the airport. Shuttle service is excellent. Would be nice if there was some other alternatives within walking distance in the area for tavern and dining options. Staff very attentive and awesome harbor view.

Great stay in June 2025. Just spent one night as we came back in from trip and had flight out of Boston in the AM. Intentionally stayed here for easy access to airport. Got high room with harbor view and it was absolutely beautiful. The stay was worth it just for the view as it changed from afternoon to night. Room was well kept and clean. No complaints. Nice walkway along the harbor right outside the hotel. Onsite hotel was adequate. Expensive (like all hotel restaurants) but food was good. Not much else close by so if you're looking for walkable amenities look elsewhere. Airport shuttle was great - except it broke down right before we left to go to airport. Front desk immediately grabbed a cab for us and comp'ed us for the price. Staff was very helpful and friendly. All things considered it's what you'd expect from a Hyatt hotel. But the room with the harbor view and a nice sitting here to look at the window made it worth the price we paid on a birthday trip for my wife.
