The room is freshly remodeled and clean. Staff was friendly. I was not able to park close to my door as there was construction items in the parking lot. My stay was pleasant and I would stay again if I'm in the area.

Booking two rooms for Salem Weekend but one of the room heat didn’t work they tried to fix but didn’t work! Staff were nice!

Place was being renovated, but no noise complaint. Very quiet and peaceful some of the renovation had some things left over in the room like paint tape that was forgotten on the wall, couple of chips in the wall and missing spots that needed to be painted. Aesthetic wise wasn’t a bother. Pillows were EXTRA firm however the nice young gentleman brought us 2 softer pillows which was very nice of him on account that it was late at night around 11pm. The bed however was also very very firm but we made due. Cleanliness was great smelled nice and they gave us a welcome bag with some snacks and water! Overall only complaint was the firmness of the bed. However, will most likely still return for the Salem activities next year and the price of the stay.

Pretty clean room just had a funny smell but for a motel or inn it’s pretty good. Only used it to sleep in so for that purpose it was perfect. I highly recommend the Executive room it’s worth the extra cash. Bathroom is awesome. Reasonable and very decent for the costly area

This hotel is a little run down, bust most of the staff are helpful and nice, the gentleman especially. There was an incident of DV there, but the staff and law enforcement handled it well. I personally didn’t hear any ruckus, and only knew about it because the police were interviewing the couple in the lobby. My only real complaints are that they had limited options for their confidential breakfast (mostly bagels), and there being a roach in the ac/heater which I informed the lady at the front desk. She said she was going to have someone check it out, but it was still there when I returned hours later. The other thing that bothered me was when I informed her that I just needed towels and the trash to be taken out, she handed me a set of towels and a trash bag. She probably misunderstood that that was all I needed from house keeping, but I feel like she should have offered for housekeeping to do that, especially when I’m talking about the trash being emptied. I didn’t want to spend too much money on a hotel, so I got what I payed for. I do recommend that the hotel invest in a waffle maker though :)
