They refused me the room after they scanned my license and it came back with a different name. It being a valid license the name and picture on my license should verify my identity. They refused to rent to me!

Our host, Kevin, was excellent! He provided us with extra pillows and a hair dryer. Plenty of parking. Our king size bed was comfy!

This motel was very clean, it was a quiet and easy to get around. When i got to room its smell like it just had been clean. Close to shopping areas.

1st impressions

I was in town to give a concert. My initial thought to the room was good. But when i was looking over everything it was not good. There were broken fixtures, clumps of dust in the vents, roaches and hallways that smell like urine. And the lady at the front desk told me this was a “new” floor. I couldn’t tell I wouldn’t mind coming back but there needs to be some serious work done on these rooms

The room door didn't close correctly. Had to lift up then push to get it to close. Personal hair dryer would not plug into the ground fault outlet in bathroom. It plugged into the outlet on the end table. 2 stars on Staff & Service only because one of the party's reservations got cancelled 24 hrs before check in. Reservations were made three weeks prior. Check-in went smoothly. The refrigerator was cold!!!

I made the reservation on Sept 8. The motel called at5:46pm Sept 26 th and said “we are overbooked so my boss cancelled your reservation”. Not impressed. There were 3 other rooms in my party. We drove to Danvers with family for a family trip and went to the motel with them, they all checked in and we drove back home. So much for a family trip.

Terrible place to stay!

Horrible place to stay. No deli, snacks, soda machines are out of most soda. Asked for extra pillow, was told they have none. Pool was closed. Pot smell everytime we walked down the hall way. Bathroom door stuck if you closed it all the way. Needed someone on the outside to help you out. Beds we not comfortable. Bathroom hair dryer looked like it hadn't been washed in 20 years. Bathroom vent was disgusting with paint slapped on it. I wish i didnt have to stay there i didnt feel safe at all. The door sign said to make sure you lock the deadbolt while in the room alsi make sure you lock your vehicle when you leave it. V

Room clean, no chairs or garbage cans. Not able to adjust air conditioner, toilet not workinh.Hptel staff didnt cakk expedia to cancel sobwe had to wait u til motel could find us a room. Because of the toilet issue we were switching rooms at 1030 at night. There was a party in the room next doorand so.eo w was banging on our door. Heated pool was empty.

The room we were in was crazy. I had to shoulder hit the door to the room to get it to open as it wouldn’t open with just the key. There were no trash barrels in the room at all. There was no furniture in the room, only the beds and the thing where the tv was. No chairs no table. The bathtub had stains in it and when we were going to use the shower there were bugs in the shower curtain.

Most of the staff was nice but the whole hotel smelled like weed and wet dog. There were truck people living in the parking lot, bugs in the shower, the sink didn’t drain and the air conditioner leaked and we were never brought new towels.

If it weren't for the gentleman at the front desk during check in who was very helpful and friendly, I would give this motel negative stars. The front desk and hallways were filthy but were cleaner than the room. Floors between the beds were sticky, dirty, with hair stuck on them. We were so disturbed that we wanted to leave but it was 10:30 at night when we checked in. We barely slept because we were scared of the area which had homeless people living in a truck in the parking lot, the locks on the doors were flimsy, walls were like paper, curtains filthy. I didn't trust my luggage even on the counter. This hotel needs to be closed. I've never been in a worse place!

Te staff when we checked in was so helpful, but we had to move 3x because things didnt work. He was so apologetic and made sure once he got us in a room where everything worked that we were all set. Rooms could have geen ckeaner and appliances shoukd work and be in the room but i dont feel it was his problem and he really wrnt out of his way.
