Centrally located studio apartment in the heart of downtown Boston in the North End. Fall in love with the mix of old world Italy and downtown Boston in a recently renovated apartment that is a short walk to TD Garden, Faneuil Hall, the harbor and aquarium, and the rest of Boston.

Our ~450sqft studio unit is in a professionally managed walk up building (somewhat steep/narrow staircase as is typical for the area). It is well laid out to maximize space and is perfect for couples and travelers.

There is a full open kitchen with new appliances such as a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and cooking utensils, pots, and pans for you to cook with.

The bed is queen size along with a dresser and full closet with hangers for you to use.

Brand newly renovated bathroom includes a stand up shower.

We provide all linens, towels, and basic toiletries for your stay.

There is no laundry in the building, however there is a laundromat right next door to this building.

Walk up building - no elevator.

Would definitely suggest to someone looking to be in the middle of history! Great location despite lack of parking. Found long-term parking through Spot Hero with in and out. This unit only has stairs but it is on the 2nd floor which was alright. The stairway is narrow because, duh, it's in an old historical building. Still felt fresh inside. It was right next to everything we needed, GREAT restaurants in Little Italy with bakeries and even a 7 Eleven. It was right on the walkable freedom trail. Would choose this location over financial district any day. It was a bit loud but not a fault of the room... it is a bustling city. I would gladly stay again.

The kitchen, bedroom and bathroom were clean & spacious for Boston living. The price was better than any hotel nearby. Couldn’t be any more convenient for the north end and getting around town on the T. Definitely recommend and will be back soon!

Located in the heart of the North End, just a couple blocks from Mike's Pastries. The heat worked really well (almost too well, lol). There are steps up to the studios so just be aware in case you have issues climbing. The location was great for our trip and is approximately 4/10 mile to the closest subway at Haymarket and about 12-14 minute walk to the aquarium area. The studio is located next to a firehouse but was not an issue for us. The kitchen does have some cooking utensils but not extensive. We tested out the coffee maker each morning and im happy to report, it works. This place worked great for our trip. Pack your walking shoes and enjoy Boston.

Nice, clean, great location. Nighttime noise requires noise machine if you're a light sleeper. TV didn't work but host offered to reimburse batteries for the remote. No body wash in the shower. Removed a star due to these 2 issues.

Everything in the description is correct from the pictures to what the amenities are and the communication was great. A big plus after a long day was the shower with good pressure and plenty of hot water. The Northside location is great as you are steps away from all the great Italian restaurants and a 10min walk to the docks to catch a ferry. And the Freedom Trail is about a block away by Paul Reveres house which you can follow at your own pace. A few callouts to know is that you are 25ft away from a fire station and there is an elementary school maybe 100ft away. We had a great stay and would stay again.

Great location in the North End neighborhood - great, authentic Italian food. Note that there is ombre flight of steep steps. It can get a little busy and loud - the windows are thin - but the proximity to restaurants and the Freedom Trail balances that out. Strongly recommend the Sunset Sail - peaceful, beautiful, and gorgeous view of the city all lit up on the return trip in.

The apartment 2A is on the first floor and has great views from the bedroom window down the street. It is spacious and having a separate kitchen was super. It is very well appointed with plenty of utensils, pots, pans and a huge fridge/ freezer. The bedroom is a good size and has a sofa and television with lots of channels. The bed is very comfortable with good pillows!! The bathroom was clean and fine. Check in was very easy with a code on each door which meant you don’t need keys. Overall, it was a really lovely apartment and I would definitely recommend staying in it. If we return to Boston it would be my choice of place as it gives you the flexibility to make your own meals, eat out and chill at your own pace. A great location with an abundance of Italian cuisine

The location was perfect in the North End and to be able to get everywhere we wanted to go on foot. Very convenient! The space was good for the two of us. I couldn't see sleeping more than two people and maybe a child if they had an air mattress. The bed was comfy and there is a window unit for air conditioning as well as a fan. Parking was tough and we had to lug our stuff a distance, so pack light! A few notices... As soon as we walked in the space, we were hit with cigarette smell. We are nonsmokers, so that was disheartening. We smelled it the whole time, so someone near that unit must be a smoker.A bath mat on the bathroom floor would be great and some room darkening shades with being right under the lights of downtown! Overall, it's a great spot to relax and sleep in between sightseeing in the North End!

Nice with Caution!! Read before deciding.

Host was very responsive with communications. The room was nice and in a great location. However, be aware that the listing says towels are provided. This is true but wouldn’t you think washcloths are also provided. I did after I read towels were provided. I checked with the host and he said he used to provide them but don’t anymore because people were getting makeup on them. One, who travels and has to bring their own washcloths. Two, washcloths aren’t that expensive to provide. Three, list it in the room details that if a guest gets makeup on them they will be charged for replacements. Next, which was the most uncomfortable, is the listing states air conditioning. When entering the room for the first time the kitchen was hot. The fridge handles were warm to the touch. We thought that the cleaning service had turned off the AC since someone checked out. We discovered the portable unit running in the bedroom. It was showing 77 degrees as room temp. The bathroom off the bedroom was also hot. We had to shut both doors at night to try to cool the bedroom so we could sleep. It never cooled below 72-73 degrees except the last night it got to 70 because the humidity significantly dropped. We never slept comfortably during the stay. There is no way you could cook and stand the heat it created on top of the kitchen already being hot. A window unit is really needed in addition in order for all guests to adjust to temp they want to be comfortable during their stay!!
