Good if you are not afraid of cockroaches

2 nights there for the Boston Marathon. Great location close to the train to Boston centre (10'). Great room with a well equipped kitchen. I read the reviews and they were quite good. Nobody mentioned cockroaches 😱. We had them in the room. We told the reception after we saw them, they offered us to change room. We didn't accept because if they are in a room, they are everywhere and we already spent a night. They didn't offer a money compensation 😔. Too bad.

Was my first time in Boston and hands down this was a perfect place to stay free breakfast which was great with a lot of options the room was really spacious and clean the staff night or day were really nice and professional the washer and dryer’s work great really had no complaints at all 9/10 only one thing I will say you can hear the train passing on the weekdays but nothing too crazy

Joanna is amazing. But nonstop train horns and kid’s stomping and running around was really annoying. I understand that that is out of the hotel’s control. We also stayed for around 3.25 days and room service did come a single time. Cleanliness was average. Overall not too bad
