There's just one bedroom with two big beds and a single. A couple of roll-outs were there, too. If privacy is important and you have a lot of people, then prepare yourself for not as much as you'd want. Not a big deal for us (family of four), though.

Place looked like the pictures for the interior and host was very communicative and prompt with responses. However, upon arrival we were warned by two different locals that this area is not generally safe to stay in, especially for young travelers. No internal locks on the doors for the bedroom or bathroom. Location was a 25 minute drive from basically anything and we were told not to be walking in that area at all.

Overall, we got what we wanted from the value. It was cleanly and the beds were super comfortable. However, the location was not ideal for a group of young women. We did not feel safe at night, but we managed. During the day was fine, and it was a quick walk to the train!

The host provides great amenities like extra roll-away beds for flexible sleeping arrangements and a fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommend for families traveling with students.

The area around the condo is delightfully walkable. The condo itself is clean, the beds are comfy and there were plenty of supplies for my stay. It was super easy communicating with the host. (One small note to help future guests - would have welcomed a couple of table or floor lamps in the living room for additional lighting.)

We are happy with our stay in this unit. Clean and easy to communicate with the property manager. The only thing is there is no kettle when I needed hot water, I used the microwave to heat water instead. Other than that, everything is good. Accessible to areas we needed to go and the neighborhood is safe.

Good stay, but confusing booking process

Good location with lots of free street parking. You’re not in the middle of downtown, but it’s only a 30 minute walk or a 15 minute drive. I felt safe walking in the neighborhood and there are markets and restaurants within walking distance.The only negative was the booking process. I booked on Vrbo and received a confirmation, so I thought everything was taken care of. The day before I received a frantic voicemail from the property management company saying I hadn’t paid and they may have to cancel my booking. I was at a business dinner but I stepped out to call back and the woman I spoke to said they had been “trying to reach me.” I checked my voicemail and I had one from the previous day, but that was only 2 days before the trip and I had booked at least a week prior. I was worried it was a scam, so I called Vrbo. They didn’t know anything about it and showed I was confirmed and paid. I then had to take more time and review my credit card transactions and saw Vrbo only took their fee, so I then had to pay the management company directly. If this is the process, it should be laid out in the confirmation email. It was unexpected and comes across as a scam. Secondly, I’m confused why I wasn’t contacted sooner. Calling a person 2 days before the booking seems risky. Likely they’re traveling to the location or could be busy, it seems like that would have been taken care of sooner and caused a bit of stress. Hopefully they can fine tune their process this for future guests.

Great place, okay location

Apartment was perfectly comfortable for my wife and kids. Beds were comfortable. Everything worked and looked nice. Location doesn’t look that great and was awoken one night at 4am to someone screaming at a relative in the street. We didn’t feel unsafe but wasn’t planning on wandering the neighborhood at night. Location is about a 30 minute walk to downtown. We generally took a taxi.

Great location and comfortable

This was great for our family of 4. We didn’t do much cooking but there would have been adequate tools for that. It was charming. It’s definitely an older property so the ceilings were nice and high. The floors weren’t perfectly flat. One thing I wish they had were more forks.
