Could do better

I don't have pets so that was of no interest to me. The hallway and elevator were not clean. The place had a very rundown look and feel about it. While there was a kitchen area there was only one chair so the two of us could not sit at the same time. There was no lounge chair just one office chair. Only three hangers in the closet. The coffee pot was dirty, so I had to clean it before I made coffee. There was only three pillows on the bed, so I had to call down for another one.

While woman at front desk was pleasant , the elevator took forever, and appears to have many people living there not hotel guests. There is zero sound proofing and every cough and conversation could be heard all Night. Multiple Times people screaming in parking lot. The facility had zero ice available and ice maker in room was non functioning. Bed was very uncomfortable, my husband tossed and turned all night. There was no blow dryer for use , the toilet was super low so if ur tall , good luck. The internet was minimal and Roku could not connect .

Good location and average for most aspects. Noisy halls and you could hear conversions through walls. They did quiet down by 11:30pm and started again just after 6am. Nothing horrible. Worked out fot a one night visit to see my child in college.

There was hair in the tub on the wall of the shower. There was product on the shower curtain from the previous customer. The counters still had dried food. There was an open coffee bag left on the counter. There were still flower petals on the chair. The door would not close completely. There was supposed to be a person to fix the door. He left his ladder in the room and never came back. Overall would not recommend this place.

There was no soap in the bathroom. The shampoo bottle and body wash bottle were both empty. There was no shower curtain and the towel rod near the shower was broken. There was also a used, bloody needle under a chair, which was a gross and horrifying discovery.
