My room had a terrible odor. It was like old musty water. Clearly, the hotel had been redone within a very cheap way And most likely had a serious mold problem. My sinuses were all stuffed as soon as I got into the room. There were no other rooms to switch to and availability at other hotels was negligible. I will never stay here or simply sonesta.

The guy working the front desk this morning was under the impression that I work there. I asked him for something and he told me to “get it yourself”. I explained that I was traveling with with my disabled husband and really needed a luggage cart. He said I would have to go floor to floor looking for one, and if I still didn’t find one, I should start knocking on every room until I found one. This was at 7am, he was doing nothing but looking at his cell phone.

Our room had recently been refurbished and was cleaner than most roadside motels. Facilities were good. An interesting mix of clientele from doctors to ordinary working men. I actually quite liked the place. Walls are fairly thin, allowing for noise in the evening. That said, we had two great nights sleep. For the area, very good value for money.
