I specifically booked a one bedroom suite but was given a different room. This caused me significant problems, and Expedia could not satisfactorily reconcile the situation. Tossing a key rewards credit did nothing for the person who was displaced due to the wrong accommodations. I had zero interaction with staff, so I cannot comment. However, weekly maid service is and paying for parking is unreasonable.

The air conditioner was not functioning properly. The room temperature remained at approximately 60°F throughout my stay, which is below the legally required minimum. As a result I only stayed one night despite of the two night reservation.

I've stayed at the Sonesta Suites numerous times since it is in a convenient location and has the amenities I need. The staff are friendly and the rooms are nice with full-sized refrigerators. I only wish they provided half & half for coffee.

The shower was slow. It was hard getting in to the hotel room 135. it would not lock unless you slam the door and to unlock the door with the key card. It took several times. Glad they welcome pets.

Room is great. We moved from another hotel that was disgusting to this when my husband was in Burlington receiving radiation treatment . This room was a suite and convenient to the hospital. Also very clean and had everything we needed to make meals there.
