We used the airport shuttle and when we called to book it, the guy at the front desk was very nice and explained where we needed to go to get picked up. This place is amazing, we have stayed at this location 3 times and all the times it has been awesome. It’s a little away from downtown but if you want to save money and are okay with being a little out, this one is for you. Train that takes you to downtown is a 5 minute walk. Only thing is that they don’t do housekeeping everyday unless you ask for it and we didn’t know, only thing I would complain about, other then that, it’s an amazing hotel with a good free breakfast.
