Room was basic, portable air conditioner a little bizarre, but worked. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly and attentive. Parking was good, However disappointed that we were charged each day, this was never specified upon booking, need to let people know this before taking a booking, could be a game changer. Shower did not work properly, was unable to turn handle, had to notify staff on numerous occasions, temporary fix each time (Called front desk before we went out for the day, obviously never respond) Hot water continuously ran making bathroom feel like a sauna and everything in bathroom was damp. Location is excellent for access to city.

Great location. Close to the “T”. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. House keeping poor. Night receptionist extremely rude. Room was dusty with cobwebs on the lamps. The toilet was placed crooked! The grout in the shower was moldy. The microwave gave out after 1 day. The TV had so many issues. The garbage was never removed despite 2 requests. The towels were not replaced until I went to the font desk and was walked over to the linen closet. Sorry, I am just giving an honest review.

The room was ok. Very noisy! Had a nice porch for sitting but because our room was the first one we heard everyone and smelled the cigarette and pot smoke. The room could use some updating and a really good cleaning. Also should be noted it was an extra $25 per day to park our car. Didn’t see this posted anywhere! The staff was very nice. Also the ice machine could use a good cleaning….it smelled.

Breakfast was enjoyed by the whole family. My kids particularly enjoyed the whipped cream and cookies. I wish there were good black tea (Liptons is gross, glad i had a left-over tea bag with me). The mattresses weren't the best, but room was large and we enjoyed the microwave and fridge. The slide door latch lock was hanging loose and barely attached to the wall.

Arrived late in the evening, was able to book via Expedia at a better rate than the location offered. Room was clean, desk staff was friendly, breakfast was very convenient. Plenty of off street parking. Great location for our travels. Be careful of the often interchanged The Hotel Boston and The Boston Hotel when doing research.

The heat provided for my room is from a freestanding space heater, not from an HVAC system. If it was really cold I don’t think it would be warm enough. The AC is freestanding also with a big flexible duct going through the window to outside. Furniture is very old and worn. Curtains are faded. Property should be renovated. I was shocked at how bad this is for the cost. The front desk guy was very nice though.
