I really enjoyed my stay at the Charles. Initially, they gave me a connecting room. In the adjacent room, apparently there was a dog as he barked frequently. I asked especially for a quiet room and was really upset that i was put in a room next to a barking dog. Then, I called them and they immediately moved me a much quieter room. From there on, the stay was smooth and enjoyable. Thanks.
