Great spot just outside of the main part of Boston. Walkable into the city via one of three bridges. Grocery store nearby and the T is accessible via Kendall sq or the closer Lechmere Great friendly staff

Our room was very nice. It was spacious and included everything you might need including a place to put your luggage, dresser, high counter in bathroom. However, not sure why the hotel sent an email asking if we wanted to pay extra for upgrades like fridge or room with a river view. Don't pay for it! All the rooms come with a fridge. And our room had a river view anyway.

A hotel never keeps its word

I decided to stay at the hotel after being promised a tax exemption by the receptionist before I checked in. However, at the time of check-in and check-out, the receptionist verbally stated that the tax exemption would be processed on the basis of the documents I provided, but in fact it was not. A few days after I checked out, I called and emailed again to ask about the tax refund, and was asked to provide proof of identity and relevant documents for the refund by email, but so far it has been another week since then, with no news. I am really, again and again, disappointed that they do not keep their word!

I booked online and their site changed my dates to that night, when I showed the day I booked on they were like we have no booking you were a no show. They charged me almost a $1000, I had no room. Them people at desk were like to book a room do it online we will be more, so they couldn’t even assist me. Elevators broken and took forever get on one with room. The room heat or light was making some loud noise we had to shut it off to sleep, we barely got a room (even though I had booked a 2 bedroom room that was not available) the room now is half rate I was charged when the site changed it to same day booking and I live four hours away. They have yet to refund me or even reach management over this issue. Don’t book on their site do a third party booking.
