Hotel is in very nice location, clean room and comfortable beds, Naima in check out was great, very professional and kind, when we check in the guy was not friendly at all, we arrived earlier and he suggested with his loud voice to leave our bags and come back at 4pm, which we did, but the way how he was dealing with the customers wasn’t the best customer service experience, when Naima at 3:30am check out was so kind and nice. In overall it’s good place we will stay again

Loved the room, the staff and the restaurant (Art-Bar for breakfast). The parking garage was the tightest I've ever been in. Don't recommend for larger, especially longer vehicles.

Everything was great except the picture of the room was a little deceiving, it said balcony with river view but two people could barely stand on it because it was so small. I was hoping for a balcony where I could sit and have my morning coffee while enjoying the view.

Its ok place, with restaurant and Cafe on site. Relatively clean. About 15 min drive to DT Boston. I ordered a room service and the brought food to me in plastic containers from takeout place, but charged premium for delivery charge.

Great stay. Comfortable bed. Quiet at night. Clean. Only flaws: no plugs near the bed to charge phones, the fire alarm went off and we had to "evacuate" (which was scary but it was only a sprinkler that was destroyed), and the pool was crowded so we did not want to go in it.
