It was an amazing time ! Received upgrades on the Boston Harbor view, food vouchers & the best room my partner and I have stayed in. There were 3 different conferences that weekend and everything was handled smoothly! Will be back and an ultimate fan of Westin’s now!

Really appreciated the Trolley stop for our tour- also the SIlver line was close and the ability to run to the beach a bit over a mile- an unexpected surprise!! The water on our hall was well utilized and the staff are SO WONDERFUL!!! Ill be back BOSTON MARATHON 2026!!!

We walked in to get Staff was noz friendly and informative. When we went no one explained about parking rate was 50$ on top of the room price. Also went for Breakfast and found out not included and supposly the voucher with 30$ was a discount for it. The guy that did the check in said was Starbucks and didn’t mentioned anything. In the room not even a bottle of water and when I asked they said because of Covid. Also went to use the pool and got out because of the amount of Clorox but still ok. The staff was not friendly at all. Also in the bathroom by the shower found a bunch of hair and that was disgusting. For 400$ a night expected much more or at least inform that we had to pay another 200$ to had breakfast. At least one of managers agreed to give us a voucher to use. But felt horrible that my kids (baby asked) for food and they treated you oh you can’t.
