Staff at the hotel was great. Hotel was good. Pool was clean breakfast was good. They charged me twice for my stay and you have to pay to park. We stayed several days and lost a lot of money due to this. Front desk states they can’t help and no response from the email.

The hotel is nice and was clean. The suites would be nice for a long stay. The only downside is that there was a busy bus stop behind the hotel and the beeping of the bus as it lowered the side was pretty loud both at 11pm when I was going to sleep nd 6am as I got up. I sleep with white noise so that helped a lot once I fell asleep. The breakfast was good.

Dean at the front desk was very helpful and gracious. He made our stay pleasant. Paul, one of the shuttle drivers was also very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Very pleasant to chat with. The food was very good, always hot, and plenty to choose from. Breakfast was important as we were there for my daughter’s volleyball tourney, and the food options were perfect for an early morning routine. Would highly recommend this place!

The location of this hotel is not the best & the restaurant isn’t much or a restaurant. They say they offer a shuttle to the nearest subway but it’s actually to the airport which you have to pay to exit so you can get to the subway & pay again to get back to the shuttle meeting spot to go back to the hotel!! Am not sure if I would stay at this hotel again but was traveling with my husband for his company’s offsite. The staff were far and away the best part of the stay
