The room conditions is good but the amenities are lacking. We had to call for basic amenities like toothbrush. The room should be soundroof but conversation can still be heard from toher room.

Room was clean and staff were good, however the amenity selection and available services were pretty bad. The QR code to order room service didn't work, and while the staff kindly instructed that I choose from the menu on the TV, I couldn't find it. In addition, I personally would appreciate a disposable toothbrush, instant coffee or tea prepared in the rooms and a bathrobe/set of clean night clothes available at request. Other hotels offered a smaller fridge which would have bumped up the rating since the hotel doesn't include morning/night buffets.

Avoid this hotel. I asked for a corner room and paid a surcharge I was put in an ADA room with a pull out bed which I didn’t request. It was very uncomfortable. Rooms are realitively expensive - extremely small with no amenities. Yotel is absolutely not worth it. If you have a choice - go elsewhere.
