Have to pay for parking(25 a night) or fight for parking outside on the side of the streets, which you also have to pay. They don't assist with carrying luggage from the vehicle to the room. Our room didn't have trash bags in the cans, nor did it have an ice bucket. Had to go to the front desk and ask. All the while, a worker(on duty or not, no clue) was drinking something at the bar. It still took them well over 30 minutes to finally bring trash bags and an ice bucket. Service is horrible. We had to deal with this issue each day. Have to pay for all amenities. Too expensive for what you get, not worth it at all.

Breakfast items were great. Room was spacious, updated and clean. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Plenty of street parking, but there’s also a garage for $25/night. Pet friendly as well! Will be returning for our next trip! 😊

Family-friendly and pet-friendly stay with amazing staff! Every staff member encountered was professional, friendly and caring! Breakfast is a variety of items that change from one day to another and the staff don’t rush to close down the breakfast right at closing time. Parking is not free - $25/garage parking. Will definitely stay again when returning to Boulder!

My favorite thing about the hotel was how friendly, accommodating and helpful the staff was! The room was very comfortable and clean, and I particularly enjoyed how comfortable the beds were! I plan to stay at this hotel when I return to Boulder (and I'll remember my bathing suit so I can use the indoor pool)!

Following a mass power outage in Boulder I called around and found a hotel near me where I could sleep, recharge my phone, iPad, etc & just enjoy the simple comfort of electricity. Front desk was so kind checking me in & getting me into my room quickly. My day of departure I called for a late checkout & was kindly extended 2 full hours. The black girl with the blue braids was so friendly & warm. She got me set up with a hot tea & coffee while I waited for my uber. Parking is $25 a night, but since I live close enough to the hotel I just decided to use Uber so I can’t comment on the parking situation. There was also a free breakfast, but I slept right through it. My stay was fantastic, although brief. Thanks to Hyatt & their staff for being an oasis in the outage desert.
