Great value for the price in a pleasant location. Rooms are clean and spacious; there is free, hot breakfast; and, the staff is friendly and accommodating. There’s a walking path nearby and it’s a better location than the other cluster of hotels nearby. Consistent Marriott experience, which has been better than my experience with the Hilton brand.

3rd time staying at this location with my 4 and 5 year old girls with autism. Ron has an amazing staff who are kind and patient, no matter what your needs as a guest are. This property is safe, very clean, and has all amenities you could need for your stay! This is the 534th hotel property I have visited in my 32 yrs of life! Residence Inn Louisville is in my top 10!

I prefer residence inn when looking for a suite. The price was below average. Breakfast was simple and could be improved but seems like all hotels with free breakfast has cut back on quantity and quality. Still nice stay really quiet and nice staff

Bathroom areas of the room had dirt accumulated in the corners. Parking lot had trash that was never picked up. Hotel is outdated and could use a refresher. Bed was comfortable. Black out curtains worked well. Full-size refrigerator was convenient. Not enough coffee was left in the room to accommodate two days between room service.
