Coastal Vibes Villa is situated on a 100 foot private waterfront bay overlooking the iconic turquoise waters of Chalk Sound (the ocean which is also a protected National Park). It’s conveniently located between two beaches ideal for young children. Take a 2 minute walk to the stunning Sapodilla Bay Beach or a 2 minute drive down the street to the secluded Taylor Bay Beach. Guests have plenty of options when it comes to fun things to do and sights to explore only steps away from the villa. Enjoy the Island favorite restaurant, Las Brisas, take a pontoon ride on Chalk Sound, hike to the centuries-old pirate carvings, take on an ocean adventure with jet skis or sail away with one of the tour operators departing from Sapodilla Bay Beach.

The villa offers guests a clean bright open concept design with plenty of natural light and stunning views from virtually every room. The mix of Scandinavian and coastal décor compliments the indoor and outdoor living area experience.

The villa is non-smoking and can sleep 6. It’s completely private and includes two dwellings directly beside each other. One dwelling consists of two bedrooms divided by a common hallway/foyer for added privacy. The other dwelling is an open concept area for living and dining, and also includes a queen size cabinet bed.

The bedroom dwelling is separated from the main living area for added privacy. The master bedroom has a direct view of Chalk Sound, sliding doors that open to a patio, a King size bed, make up station, ceiling fan, air conditioning, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom complete with large shower, toilet room, and vanity.

The living dwelling includes large kitchen, dining, and living areas that overlook the water. The living area includes a queen size cabinet bed with a 6” foam mattress, several ceiling fans, air conditioning, smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, and a ½ bath.

Coastal Vibes Villa also features a private BBQ grilling area, large gazebo, beach pergola, outdoor dining and lounging, WiFi, a private pool with bench seating, water toys, beach chairs, lush landscaping surrounding the property and more.

Spend your days lounging by the pool enjoying the water vistas in a tranquil setting with family and friends, or hop on your kayaks and paddleboard and explore the beauty and small Islands of Chalk Sound.
