Neu renovierte Villa im Dezember 2019 fertiggestellt. Die Coastal Vibes Villa umfasst zwei Pods, einen Living Pod und einen Bedroom Pod. Beide haben einen atemberaubenden Blick auf Chalk Sound. Die Schlafkabine besteht aus 2 großen Schlafzimmern mit jeweils Klimaanlage und eigenem Bad. Schlafmöglichkeiten fĂŒr 4 Personen und Sie können zusĂ€tzliche 2 Personen auf dem ausziehbaren Schlafsofa im Wohn-Pod schlafen.

The property was so clean and had everything we needed once we got our food. We walked right across the street to the beach and we were happy to have the beach chairs and coolers at the property we could bring with us to the beach. We also used the kayaks to go to iguana island on Chalk Sound. Loved it!

Beautiful Villa and great hosts that promptly answered our questions. We really enjoyed kayaking Chalk Sound, exploring the islands (seeing iguanas) and the beaches near by. Sapodilla beach was just a quick walk and has soft sand with calm clear water, beautiful! Taylor Beach was a short drive and also beautiful clear, calm water. We enjoyed Las Barisas near by for a few meals right on the water. Also, highly recommend Potcake Place K9 Rescue to walk the puppies at Grace Bay, such a great experience! Overall a wonderful stay!

The property was great, beautifully decorated, very clean with all the conveniences. The views of the sound were spectacular. There were several outdoor seating, sunning and dining spaces and everything was in very good condition. We used the kayaks and corn hole game. The weather was a bit chilly so we didn’t use the pool but it was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the close proximity to Sapodilla and Taylor Bay beaches as well as La Brisas restaurant. The management company was very responsive to our questions.

The villa was perfectly positioned between Chalk Sound and Sapodilla Bay. The beach at Sapodilla is beautiful— perfect for children with the shallow waters. The villa is lovely— spacious with beautiful outdoor and indoor living space. Villa is well stocked with pool toys, kayaks. Games and an abundance of kitchenware. Lovely stay!

We had an absolutely perfect stay! The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t have been better—just minutes from beautiful beaches and so close to Iguana Island, which was such a cool experience to kayak there and see the iguanas come out to say hello! We loved coming back to such a peaceful, well-kept home after spending the day exploring. Truly an amazing stay and we would 100% return!

this was our first time to visit TCI and i really went back and forth on a vrbo vs resort but wanted to be able to have our own place and just read so many great things about chalk sound! the house was perfect for our family of 4! unfortunately the washer was out and the host contacted me the day before we left to make me aware - nothing they could have done differently but that was the only hiccup with this place! i would stay there again - loved taylor bay beach which is a car ride down the road - there is a sapadilla bay right near the house but it was packed with vendors and just wasn’t the vibe we wanted but some may appreciate the convenience. We cooked one meal at the house and the kitchen seemed well stocked but we really wanted to explore the local culture and eat out for dinner. the host provide a great book giving toy recommendations as well!

Beautiful House on Chalk Sound

Our group of 4 - grandmother, mom, teen, and tween - loved our stay! The property is exactly as pictured in the photos. The kitchen and living space are comfortable, and the bedroom spaces are nicely set apart so those who want to go to bed early or sleep in can have some distance and quiet. But what really makes this place special is the outdoor space. There are several different seating areas for dining, lounging, sitting poolside, and sitting near the water. The view of chalk sound is beautiful, and access to Sapodilla Beach is literally across the street. The house is well stocked with cookware, spices, cleaning supplies, and basic toiletries like shampoo/conditioner and body wash. We especially appreciated the outdoor gear - kayaks, coolers, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. And we relied heavily on the comprehensive guide/recommendations that the owners so thoughtfully put together. This is a special place; we’d highly recommend it for anyone who wants a comfortable home on a quiet part of the island.

Beautiful outdoor space

We loved our stay! The outdoor space includes something for everyone, with plenty of options for shade and sun. It was very windy the week we were there, so we didn’t get a lot of kayaking in, but our boys enjoyed the bags game. The dual living / bedroom took a little getting used to, especially when locking up for the night or to leave the property. The rental was super clean and had everything we needed along with extras for the beach (coolers, chairs, toys). The location is removed from the busy touristy area, so restaurants are more limited. We enjoyed Las Brisas next door and Que Bola Little Havana just down the street. We loved the beach across the street which was a short walk in the evening for sunset. And Taylor Bay is not to be missed. All in all, a great location with beautiful Chalk Sound back drop.

Serene paradise

While the pictures are gorgeous, they don’t do it justice on how beautiful everything is. While there are homes next door, everything is so private and quiet. The amenities are top notch and being SO close to Sapodilla and Taylor Beach is a huge plus! They have beach towels, toys, chairs, floats, goggles, etc which came in handy and made us feel right at home. Having the kayaks and paddleboard right there was also a plus. The outdoor living space is wonderful as well. We use VRBO for all of our travel and this place is definitely a top for us. Everything about the process was easy as well. I’m a review reader and base my decisions off of them, so please know you can’t go wrong with this place. In fact, you won’t want to leave!!

Amazing property

The property is everything you expect after seeing the photos. Truly an outstanding place. Excellent communication with the owners and property manager. We have been to the Caribbean more than 30 times now with three of of them in Turks - one was in a suite at the Wymera which is five stars. This place was equally enjoyable at a fraction of the price. Don’t hesitate, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks for a great experience.

Immaculate, fully-stocked home with a gorgeous view!

We just returned from a 1-week stay at David and Chantal's home and had a wonderful time. Both buildings were beautifully appointed with everything you might possibly need (especially if you'd like to cook while you're there).The outdoor area is expansive - the kids loved the pool and the pergola allows us some much needed shade during the warmest parts of the day. We also took advantage of the kayaks and spotted several iguanas on a nearby island (thanks to a great tip from Chantal).Both the owners and the property manager were communicative and helpful when we solicited advice on shopping and excursions. When we wanted to visit Noah's Ark, the property manager put us directly in touch with a water taxi driver, who was very responsive and catered to our schedule.The location is very convenient - only a 12-minute drive from the airport, 15-20 minutes from Grace Bay and 25-30 minutes from the East end of the island. Sapodilla Bay Beach is a 2-minute walk and is a great place to catch the sunset. We also loved Taylor Bay Beach, which is a 2-3 minute drive and is gorgeous.I'd highly recommend this property to anyone visiting TCI and hope to be back one day soon!

Perfect house for family of 5!

We just got home from a week at Coastal Villa Vibes on Chalk Sound! The house was the perfect layout for our family of 5! We used the cabinet bed in the living pod and it was very comfortable (per our 25 y/o son). The house is well equipped with everything you need to cook (if you choose to), has several small coolers which came in handy for beach days, kayaks were an awesome addition and we used them daily. We loved staying on Chalk Sound and the quietness of it. It is a longer drive to Grace Bay Area but we did it a few nights for dinner. Las Brisas next door is a gem! We went there 2 nights for dinner and 2 for breakfast! So convenient. Super short and easy walk to Sapodilla Bay (best sunset) and 5 min drive to Taylor Bay- our fave beach! Again, if looking for a house on Chalk Sound for 4-5 people this is the perfect one!

Paradise!!

This property was a dream! David and Chantal have thought of everything! The property was clean with tons of amenities. We enjoyed having the bedrooms separate from the living pod. We cooked a lot and found the kitchen to be very functional. The outdoor space was beautiful and relaxing. The pictures accurately showcase this wonderful space. And the location was wonderful! After exploring the island throughout our stay, we found Taylor Bay and Sapodilla to be our favorite. Both these bays are by this property.

Great Villa, hosts, perfect for our family of 4

Very comfortable, well appointed villa, with friendly and responsive hosts. Our girls really enjoyed the kayaks, and the nearby beaches, and we loved the privacy and comfort of both the living area and outdoor seating areas. Las Brisas restaurant was right next door and was perfect for take out on nights you want to stay in, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook at home as well. A great place to stay to get away from it all.

Our stay at Coastal Vibes Villa was wonderful. It is ideally located across from Sapodilla bay and a short walk to Taylor bay, both of which are beautiful. The separate sleeping and kitchen/living pods worked well for staying up after our toddler's bedtime and we enjoyed the private pool with a lovely view of Chalk Sound. I would highly recommend Costal Vibes Villa!

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The outdoor seating, pool and kayaks were a huge plus. We all enjoyed kayaking on Chalk Sound; the outdoor shower and pool were perfect after a day at the beach. We used the fully stocked kitchen and grill most nights for dinner and the dining room table was a perfect way to end the night with a game of cards. The villa was about a 15-20 minute drive from most of the beaches we enjoyed. Having Sopadilla Bay within walking distance was nice. It was a calm, shallow beach and would be perfect for younger children, however, our teens preferred the other beaches on the island. The owners of the property responded quickly when we contacted them with a problem with the pool and the property manager was there within 2 hours to fix the problem.

Great stay, loved the pool!

We loved our stay at the villa. Everything about the listing was accurate, we had all we needed in the kitchen and were able to cook meals all week. We enjoyed the 3 restaurants right down the block- Las Brisas, Chalkies and Que Bola. We walked to Sapodilla beach with our floaties in hand and drove down to Taylor Bay beach. The bedroom pod was perfect for us and 2 teens, they were glad to have the twin beds to themselves. We relaxed every night in the pool and did a quick kayak trip on Chalk sound (it was a bit windy so we did not go too far). It was a bit too humid out for us to enjoy all the outdoor areas on the property but there were many options. Outside we mostly just stayed in the the pool with the view! The owners were easy to contact and quick to respond if we needed anything. We enjoyed the area and were able to explore the Chalk sound area as well as Grace Bay in a short drive. If we ever go back we would not hesitate to stay in the villa again.
