Se trata de una excelente Casa vip del Arq. Antonio Carrasco, estrenada en 2017, con bosque de eucaliptos, ubicada en zona Golf II en cercanía a la playa (lote 603) - Barrio Costa Esmeralda - Pinamar.
Ha sido seleccionada para exponerla en la Bienal de Arquitectura Latinoamericana 2017.
Fue una de las 5 casas seleccionadas para el primer festival MUSIC&HOUSES COSTA.
Asimismo, ha sido seleccionada para su publicación en diversas revistas de gran prestigio.
Consta de:
. 2 habitaciones con dos camas cada una (Sommier Springwall con Baulera y Cama Extraíble). Dichas camas se pueden utilizar twins o matrimonial.
. Un baño completo compartimentado (con bañera).
. 1 habitacion principal en suite con vestidor e hidromasaje de 1,10 x 1,80. Cama matrimonial 2,00 x 2,00 con Smart TV LG 32 pulgadas.
. Amplio living comedor cocina integrada (con isla). Smart TV Samsung 40 pulgadas 4K. (Equipada con lava vajilla, anafe eléctrico y horno, todo los electrodomésticos marca whirlpool)
. Piscina cercada con deck y solárium.
. Amplia terraza con parrilla
. Lavadero totalmente equipado con lavarropas y tender.
