Clean hotel

Property and room was very clean and well kept. The bed was too hard for me, but the pillows were good. I didn’t care for the wall mounted a/c unit. It was a convenient location.

The motel was very clean and appeared recently updated. Bed and pillows were great. Coffee shop across the street. We picked it because of proximity to Fountain Square Park. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants. We would return

Clean/Safe/Perfect!

Old school motel - but renovated and super clean! Owners seem to live on site and were able to direct me to local dining and where I could safely walk my dogs… I even saw them out walking too - indicating the level of neighborhood safety! Though the hotel’s front is on a business street, there is a quiet neighborhood right behind it. Across the street you can find a great coffee shop/breakfast place and you’re super convenient to the historic downtown. This place is a rare gem of safety and cleanliness for a reasonable price!

What a hidden gem in Bowling Green! Booked for one night and ended up staying three. Older motel that has been very nicely renovated. Everything appeared brand new and in great condition. Room was extremely clean and refreshed daily. Pete (owner) was always available and accommodating. Very close to a great little bar, bakery, etc. Will definitely return when visiting NCM in the future.

Second time staying here. No fancy bells and whistles but the place is spotless and safe. Very convenient to WKU. Will probably stay here again next year.

Very clean!

Property was newly refurbished & spotless clean. Smelled clean as well. Only complaints we had was the shower water temperature fluctuated to very hot randomly & there was a large gap around the exterior door that let cold air and street noise in. For the price we would stay here again.
