It was in a great location. Restaurants and shops were within a few blocks! We were disappointed that we didn't have a beach view, but was only a block away. Our ice maker did not work and the serviceman couldn't get there during our stay, but staff did provide us with 2 bags of complimentary bags of ice. The host kept in constant communication. Would definitely consider staying again.

This property was perfect for the 3 of us (2 adults 1 teen) - easy walk to the beach, easy walk to Bridge street with shops and restaurants. We needed a new umbrella for the beach and they were quick to bring us a new one - which we greatly appreciated!

Location is perfect

We've stayed on the island many times and this has got to be my favourite location.Walkable to bridge street with restaurants, boat trips and shops. More importantly walkable to a beach! The condo has everything you need for the beach too.. a beach wagon, beach chairs and umbrella. The condo itself was spotless, all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Parking is right outside and there is a kids playground across the street. The shared pool is well kept and everyone respected the area. I'm already looking for dates we can return!

Great location!

The property was located close to the beach and historic Bridge St. The unit was very clean with a comfortable bed! Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and a beach wagon were provided to have a relaxing day at the beach! We enjoyed our stay!

The perfect beach getaway

The home is comfortable, very well decorated with a beach theme and with everything you need for a comfortable stay and for the beach. It is ideally located and within a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, a convenience store and bike rental shop. We also appreciated the dedicated parking space. The host was very responsive whenever we had any questions. My daughter and I had an amazing stay! Thank you!

Cute and Adequate but small

Cute but small. Had everything you need but in very tight quarters. Unit is not much bigger than a hotel room. Hall between kitchen /living area allows for one person at a time. Bathroom shower is large but the sink is tiny. No place to put toiletries. Pool isn’t much bigger than a hot tub but patio area is cute. Needs a deep clean for dirt on doors and dust on walls. Otherwise was clean. Has a pull out couch in “living area” but if you were to use it there would be no room to walk around it. Location is walking distance from nice beach (Bradenton Beach) and nice restaurants on beach and historic bridge street. BeachHouse Restaurant & Koconut Hut and Daiquiri Deck to name a few. Be warned. You have to push the pool alarm button BEFORE you open the door as the loud pool alarm will go off. There’s a sign but it’s hidden behind the shutters on the door.

The absolute BEST

My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights and it was absolutely perfect! Not only is the apartment adorable, clean and comfortable, but the location to everything is what made our trip the best. We could walk to everything! The communication with the property management company was top-notch and they were very accommodating. I would stay here again in an heartbeat!

Great location! Nice place!

We enjoyed our stay here in this villa! It was the perfect location! Short walk a block across the street from the beach and a short walk a block over to Bridge Street where there is shopping and dining. We walked over to get coffee (highly recommend Back Alley) and breakfast sandwiches (Island Doughnuts) each morning to start our day and then walked right across the street to the beach! The villa was clean and updated. Just like the photos, very nice inside. The small shared pool in the back was also a bonus, especially when the surf was too rough to swim. Communication was easy with the vacation company. They stocked the place with the basic necessities as well (laundry soap, dish soap, tp, paper towels etc) to get you started. There were linens as well as beach chairs and an umbrella. Coin laundry was downstairs outside. 10/10 would recommend!

Perfect spot

We absolutely loved this unit! It was very clean and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Cold AC, ceiling fans and a comfy bed made for an awesome nights sleep. We felt the location was perfect on the island and could easily access everywhere we needed to go in 15 min or less. They provided us with the right amount of supplies to keep the unit tidy while we stayed. We also loved having beach chairs and an umbrella to use. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice little place

Great location, close to many bars and restaurants. The only issue we had was with the alarm on the back door, every time you opened the door and it would go off, other than that the place was great. Bed was very comfortable.
