Perfect location

My husband and I had an amazing stay. The location is perfection!! Nothing better than being right on the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The perfect place to stay for a couple looking to get away and relax. Communication with the hosts was convenient and quick. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Such a great experience from the beginning. I had some questions that Dan & Crystal were more than happy to answer before booking. The condo was perfect! Perfect weekend at perfect location!

We stayed at a different unit last year at same location and knew we wanted to come back. Great unit for a couple with the perfect location walking right out to the beach overlooking the Gulf. The most amazing sunsets, walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Property manager responds quickly. Highly recommend and we’d definitely go back!

Location location location

It doesn’t get better than this location. To be able to sit on the balcony or in your living room and see and hear the waves and the dolphins is unmatchable! And of course the island with the trolley and local businesses is just perfect. Dan and Crystal were very respond since and caring. Loved it!

Overall great beachfront place 9.5/10

Stayed 8 nights, 1 adult and one 15yo. Beach access and view are A+, short walk to over a dozen restaurants and another dozen gift shops. Building is very well kept. Hot tub really functions as a small sit-in pool under protection from rain/sun. 50’ walk across sand to the Gulf. Owners have excellent communication, even when I arrived at 11pm and foolishly messaged them for a code that they had already provided me in advance. Room was overall cozy, very quiet/insulated from noise and perfect for a couple or maybe with one child. Kitchen was stocked with plates, utensils and assorted pots/pans. Central A/C unit cooled extremely well. Decorations were very nice. Little things keep this place from being a perfect 10/10. The mattress really could use replacing from being a bit broken down. The 2” foam laid over the top made it too soft to sleep on, but that was easily rectified. Recliner was pretty worn and the blinds on the door were not functional. I can’t imagine the wear and tear a place like this gets so everything was understandable. It appeared that some of the other units had a little more recent updates. A day’s worth of effort would really make this place perfect, although I do believe the price was very fair for all of the excellent benefits this particular property offered. There are 2 pay washers and 2 pay dryers on the main level by the pool/hot tub for $1.75 per use so bring quarters. The washers didn’t reliably spin/drain. Overall 9.5/10

Trouble in paradise

The property location was superb. We enjoyed the crystal gulf water and stunning sunsets. The apartment was an adequate size and just as pictured. Imagine our dismay when we went to bed and both of us rolled to the middle of the obviously old mattress. I would have given this stay a much higher rating if we were able to sleep at night. My husband ended up sleeping on the couch and that wasn't better. Other obvious maintenance issues were mold around the tub. How difficult is it to clean that and recaulk? The eight holes by the toilet paper hole were a sign of neglect. If there is just one person sleeping in the bed I guess it would work. Otherwise, beware.
