Home was clean enough (LVF floors vacuumed but in need of a good washing), well decorated, close to beach. Layout (every bedroom is an ensuite) worked well for our family group. As for the kitchen, there were 5 plastic wine glasses (no glass ones), and not enough of any other same-sized glasses for a home of its size. Our group was 11 adults and three infants. The dishwasher wheels were broken, and the drier function produced a burning smell, rendering it unusable. The kitchen faucet, probably broken, did not have a stream-only function; it always sprayed. The upstairs washer also was moldy and unusable. There were missing lightbulbs, a broken toilet seat, and a broken dresser. None of this (except for the lack of glassware and the D/W) impacted our enjoyment of the home. Our main complaint is that it took 3 times over two days (of a 5 day rental) to get a response from the management company. When someone finally responded they claimed they didn't receive the messages, even though we used the email and phone number provided on the welcome card in the home. The directions for the pool in the in-home booklet didn't match how the pool really operated, and we never did get the spa blowers to work. The management company finally delivered extra wine glasses, but not the plastic ones suitable for poolside use. Nor did they send anyone over to look at the dishwasher. For the price, the house should be better maintained.
