We loved our stay at Seashell Oasis! Already planning a time where we can all come back. We were there for 8 days with my parents and sister’s family. The layout is perfect and the rental office was amazing. This area is quiet and the beach is just down the road. Will recommend to anyone looking for AMI places to stay.

The house was great, clean, and very spacious. The pool is small but it didn’t stop us from enjoying it. Short walk to the beach and the cart was very handy for our beach equipment.

Great house with four king bedrooms!!!

This was a great house for couples. There are four king bedrooms plus a cabana room with a full bath and twin bed. The description of the bedrooms was a bit confusing so I’m adding for clarity. There are also 5 bathrooms. If I had one complaint it is that there isn’t enough seating in the den even though it could accommodate more seating. It’s an easy walk to the beach and the kitchen is VERY well stocked. There are two kitchens. It’s really a great find especially if you’re looking for couples who prefer king beds! We had a blast!

Retirement Celebration

Celebrating my husband’s second retirement with a nice visit to AMI. The house has a very nice floor plan. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of seating rooms, with a well-stocked kitchen. The house had all the amenities we needed for comfort and enjoyment. We will be back next year! â€ïžđŸ‘

Comfort in Style

It is absolutely perfect for a family. The number of bedrooms/bathrooms makes it so easy for a family to settle in and relax. The kitchen is so well equipped so that it provides options to dine in or out. We also had two older dogs and they settled in without any issues. We had a couple of reasons to contact the property managers and they responded quickly and the folks they sent were great. They and the company managing the property are all 5 star. Only issue was the traffic and difficulty going from place to place..

Great Family Getaway

The house and location was wonderful. It had all the amenities needed. All of the rooms had large beds so it was comfortable for a family of 8 with 2 to a bed. It was also nice that all the living spaces were somewhat separate from one another so you could get some privacy. Having the second kitchen upstairs was also great to keep stuff separated. The beach entry point was also way closer than I expected. Just a 3 minute walk from the house. Highly recommended!

Great Trip

The place was fantastic for what we were looking for. It looks like it was a duplex that they made into one rental. Which was great for our family. The house has everything you need... Kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms all had toilet paper, soaps, towels. Outside a couple beach toys, beach chairs, and wagon. Pool was a great way to cool off. Neighborhood was great and full of other rentals. Everything was clean for being on an island full of sand. Beds are all new Memory Foam Hybrids.. Kind of medium which was great for us. Pillows were fantastic and blankets were soft. They provided laundry baskets which was nice and a washer and dryer. We had plenty of toilet paper for a 5 day stay provided so don't get it right away until you need it. However do buy another roll of paper towels, coffee (k-pods or regular), garbage bags, liquid hand soap if you don't like bar, food, drinks, ect. Their checkout list is ease to follow and quick. They didn't require you to wash the bedding because they have a service that does that. All you had to do was ball everything up on the beds and pile the towels together. Then take out the trash. So that was great. Also, two/three blocks to the beach which was great. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect!

This home was perfect for our family! Having the king-size beds and everyone having their own bathroom was amazing. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals/grill. The pool/patio area was perfect to hangout in. Plenty of beach towels, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, etc. Superhost is a perfect description! This property is super close to beach and they have beach chairs and a wagon to use. You can’t go wrong staying here!

June Beach Getaway

This property had everything we needed for the best family beach getaway two hours from home. The two kitchens were well outfitted with more than everything we needed, including a well appreciated waffle maker. The separation of the bedroom and living room spaces worked out perfectly for our family. The location was ideal for short walks to enjoy both sunrises and sunsets. The back patio space and pool were pretty private and well used by the people and the dog. We’ll be back soon.
