The check in process was easy. Aside from the shower head being broken and not being able to get it fixed until the next day, the unit was clean and close to the beach.

Best location

Very clean, location was amazing! Would stay again and highly recommend! Bring plastic ware as there are no eating utensils. Using the oven and stove top simultaneously causes the breaker to flip. The pillows weee comfortable, beds comfortable, pool was clean and very refreshing! Walk to beach was short. Again this is the best location on the island for our purposes. Quiet neighborhood!

Clean but needs improvement

When we arrive the property was clean and smelled nice. The bed was comfortable. The restroom needs to be redone completely to be more functional. The shower entry way is so narrowed you will have to squeeze yourself in to get the shower. The shower floor hurts your feet. There is a problem with the water drainage. There is no exhaust fan in the restroom. After we left and came back we noticed the place had a strange smell that would not go away. The kitchen is good with many appliances to use. There was some drywall that needs to be repaired in one of the rooms. The trim throughout the entire rental needs to be repainted. We never used the pool we were waiting for the pool to be cleaned and it didn’t happen.

Lazy Living

Property clean except for floors which are impossible to keep bare feet from turning black. Need a few more amenities in kitchen. Like mixing bowls and newer pans. The neighbor was friendly and the beach was gorgeous. We would love to stay again but it’s a bit pricy. The track lighting in the kitchen and dining area was too bright and spot lights were in your eyes. A light in the ceiling and over the sink would be helpful.

Nice beach getaway

Property was very nice and clean, close to beach access and very walkable. Bed was very comfortable. Beach chairs and towels provided. Only slight issue is locking and unlocking the front door. You have to make sure to press against the door a bit to ensure deadbolt can move in and out. Not a big deal but good to be aware of. Had a wonderful time.

Great weekend!

The room was amazing! There was a very short walk to the beach and the pool was big and very clean. Unfortunately the only complaint we have was we never had any hot water in the shower. It was checked while we were there but we never got a hot shower.

Week of fun and relaxing

The property was an excellent choice. It is a short walk to Bradenton. Beach that is clean and a perfect spot to spend the day and evening with amazing sunsets. We enjoyed the stay so much that we extended from 5 to 7 nights hassle free. This unit has a keyless entry, which was a plus for three adults and two children. The location is conveniently located. We had a fabulous trip.

Family Beach Trip

Anna Maria Island has been our family go to vacation for the past 3 years and we have stayed in one of the properties at Lazy Livin for each. Each of the condos is unique, but this property has been updated compared to some of the other units that we have stayed in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book again in the future.

Nice little place. Clean and close to beach. Had beach towels and chairs for use. Pool was great too. Could use a bathroom fan, a mirror outside the bathroom, and a folding drying rack for wet suits/towels. Good stay.

Overall, the condo was great. Plenty of towels were supplied. I feel that more than one trash bag should have been supplied. A full length mirror should be added. Unfortunately, whoever was staying above us or whoever lives above the condo was extremely loud. The ceiling was thin and we heard heavy footsteps through the late night. At one point, it sounded like they dropped two bowling balls and it woke me up out of my sleep. They were very loud overall. Other than that, our stay was pleasant. Check in and check out were easy.
