Wonderful stay!

I had a wonderful time during my stay. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was ideal – quiet, yet conveniently close to shops and attractions. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Great House

House is clean and organized. Perfect! But
 pool not heated. I paid for a heated pool. Called ahead to remind host that I wanted the pool heated. Called when I arrived to tell them the pool was cold. Was told it would be fixed. Came home everyday in hopes the pool would be warm. Nope, I was then told the pool would not be fixed.Even tho everyone was very nice, the house is great and I will be refunded. I still chose this house for the pool. 🙁

Bradenton Beach Vacation

This house was perfect! Bigger than what we needed but the price was perfect and the pool was AMAZING!! Come from the hot beach to a cool pool in the evening cured the sunburn for sure! We will stay here again!

Peaceful family Villa, close to everything

Villa is in a very quiet area but is only a 5 min drive to restaurants, supermarkets and not much further to the nearest beach. Perfect location for us. Very clean and modern throughout, loved the keypad on door so we didn’t have to take a key out. Highly recommended and would rent again if visiting Bradenton in the future.

Honored its name ! If you want to relax and spend time with your family in a quiet place this is it. Old pool but enjoyable Inside upgrades very nice All bedrooms are cleaned and very cozy Thanks for the opportunity to spend days at your property!! A plus they accept pets! Our fur baby was safe and so happy around the pool area

My family and I enjoyed this home very much. The house was very clean, the pool was nice, and plenty of lounging after a long day at the beach. It was definitely everything and more than expected.

Great stay

Overall, we had a great stay. The house was wonderful, the pool could use a little maintenance. Some cracked tile and the concrete was missing in spots. This did not stop us from enjoying ourselves in the pool. Wonderful property!

Family Time

We stayed at this property to see two of my grandchildren graduate high school. Both of my children, their spouses. and six grandchildren live within a mile of here. The house was very clean and well kept. There were several gathering places throughout the house and outdoor space. We loved using the grill whenever the family met and the pool was clean and refreshing. This home was perfect for our needs.

Great Vacation Stay!

The property was just as described. Easy driving to everything. We loved the pool. The only downside- the neighbors were cleaning up their back yard using heavy equipment and it was a bit noisy. A privacy fence between the 2 properties would be great! Overall, it was a very nice house. I would definitely use it again!

Nice stay

Had a small issue the first day, but it was quickly resolved by the property manager. Location was excellent close to shopping and restaurants and 15 minutes to the beach. The residence was very clean, floats for the pool and some beach equipment that’s all we needed. Definitely would return here.

Nice Property

Nice and clean house in a quiet location. Pros- clean, safe and quiet neighborhood, comfy beds, linens provided. Grateful to have the two chairs and beach umbrella there. Cons- initially the pool. Upon arrival the pool was filled with algae. I did notify the property manager immediately and was told the pool guy was just there. I had to send pictures and they said he’d be out the next day. I expressed my concern again and he showed up. He did test the water but my husband and daughter had to scrub it later that evening. We were able to use the pool the remainder of the week which was great. I paid extra to have it heated. I would recommend the property manager have more concern and follow-up re: the pool. Overall we did enjoy our stay and vacation but were disappointed in the management company and pool upon arrival.

Pool area is great!

The neighborhood is good and close by store, beaches and activities. The best part about house is the pool area! We were there in January and the pool was heated and we could enjoy it! The only complaint is the refrigerator was not cold enough when turned all the way up and the microwave is outdated. We had a great time and the house was very clean!!!

IWLCA lacrosse tournament

Easy, convenient and nice house. Centrally located. Only issue was my husband had to brush the algae off the sides and bottom of pool b4 use (water was clear and clean, walls green) and the back of the toilet tank on shared bath leaked when flushed. Not a big issue for us, as we were a last minute booking and there was another toilet in the house. Everyone was great to work with
