Our stay was acceptable, though not as positive as other reviews suggested. We arrived later in the evening and immediately noticed a musty odor throughout the condo. As a Florida resident, I am familiar with this type of smell, which is often associated with poor ventilation or moisture issues.The condo was generally clean; however, upon opening a drawer in the master bathroom, I found a long hair in plain view, which was surprising given that the unit had been cleaned. I contacted the owner, who responded promptly and apologized. They suggested opening the windows or running the air conditioning to address the odor.There is a notice by the thermostat advising not to lower the temperature below 74 degrees to prevent the air handler from freezing. Since the temperature was already at 73 degrees, we attempted to air out the unit by opening the windows, which only helped temporarily.Another issue occurred when my wife attempted to use the hair dryer. It did not work, and I discovered the cord appeared to have a short. I notified the owners, understanding that equipment issues can happen.Positively, the location was excellent, the condo was well stocked, communication was good, and the instructions were clear. Unfortunately, due to the persistent musty odor throughout the unit, I cannot recommend this property. I encourage the owners to address this issue, as it could pose health concerns for some guests.
