Horrible check-in. The property management emailed a check-in time of 3pm. We got there at 3. They did not give us the house code until 4pm. Had to sit and wait with kids and infant for an hour in hot sun. Called the property management and said it was 50 for early check-in. No, the email said 3 pm and they said that was a mistake. They should have honored that. Also only left 1 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Besides that everything was good. Just bad property management.

When we first arrived, the remote access for the code kept saying unexpected error has occurred. I had to call to get help just to get in. The pictures of the pool must be old because there was no screening around it. All of the lawn furniture was in the yard and scattered around. I literally had to lift most of it and put it in place. The grass was really high and had a lot of wasps around it. The shower curtains had mold at the bottom of it as well. Other than that, the house was beautiful and the location was very nice. Close to the beach and stores. The main disappointment was not having the pool screened in. This is the main reason we chose the house.

We loved our stay and would recommend it to other people it. it would be nice to tell people no tissues no toilet paper we went to the store prior and we thought we would have enough TP and there would be tissues, but there was none not enough, dishwasher soap or dishwasher liquid

Best vacation ever

This property was beautiful and clean. The listing pictures matched the reality of the home. It’s so convenient to driving to the beach but out of the way enough to enjoy the quiet of the neighborhood. We enjoyed every moment of relaxing by the pool, and talking as a family on the back patio.

Had to buy wash cloths, toilet paper and a plunger for our 4 day stay. The management company was responsive to my texts, but couldn’t / didn’t send anyone local to solve the issues. Overall the house was good and a great location for our family!

Great property with good location.

Love the house and the location. Exactly as described on VRBO. The only problem was the garbage collection. If no one has rented the property on Monday or Thursday (pick-up days) then the garbage stays in the garage way too long. There was no room for our garbage and the garage had a very unpleasant order. Loved the pool and there were plenty of games, books, etc. for the family.

Loved this home! Great location, clean, comfy beds, pool was amazing, all the utensils, dishes & pots & pans that you would need! The dishwasher wasn't working when we arrived, which they messaged us the day we checked in and they replaced it a few days later. Will definitely stay here with my family again.

Not ready to be rented

We got to the property and it was not checked and ready for us to move in. The A/C was not working at all and it was 88 degrees in the house the entire time we were there. The fridge was on and off cooling and defrosting, and the touch screen was not working, so we were not able to change the temperature and all our food went bad. We had to find a new place to stay after spending an entirely sleepless night at the property. And no manager called us back or answered out emails. An assistant picked up the phone but was of no help and said that the manager does not work weekends. We are now requesting a full refund and are hoping that somehow the property manager will respectfully contact us, since we still have not heard anything back. We also contacted Vrbo and they were also not able to contact the manager. Fingers crossed.

Perfect for families!

From the moment we walked in until we left we were impressed with this home and the many small touches that made it like staying at home. Plenty of towels for our party of 6, including beach towels. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies, so no need to purchase anything other than the food to prepare meals. Beds are super comfortable, ceiling fans in every room. Roku tvs in master, livingroom, and sun room/den. The pool has plenty of outdoor seating with floats and pool toys available for use. There are beach chairs, a wagon, umbrellas, and a cooler for use at the beach if needed. The location was close to shopping and about 15 mins from the beach. The master bedroom is a little warmer than the rest of the home, so we bought a small fan that helped make it more comfortable. Check in and out instructions were clear and well communicated with no problems at either. Trash pickup twice weekly was very convenient. Overall, we were well pleased with our week stay amd would stay again!

Quiet & Beautiful!

Home appeared as the photos represented ! Very quiet neighborhood and the home had a ton of indoor space as well as the large pool area! What a great place to spend our 19th Anniversary!
