So much offered on this property. Pool table/ ping pong table. Swimming pool. Firepit (smores every evening). 4hole putting green (clubs & balls provided).Huge great room with comfort seating for everyone.Well equipped kitchen for lots of home cooking for our boarding school kids. Home away from home!!

Our week stay was amazing! Landon and his team work really hard to make the guests feel like we're at home. They have everything!!! From an ample amount of COMFORTABLE seating to 2 different coffee makers and coffee/tea to go along with them. All you really need to bring is your clothes and food you'd like to cook while there. The home is beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. The air conditioning kept the house COLD in this summer heat! My boys enjoyed swimming everyday and they were able to use the noodles and pool toys that were there at the house. I made use of the back patio every morning enjoying a cup of coffee. We also went to the beach and were able to use the shovels and buckets that were there as well. They provide laundry detergent so that's one less worry about having to purchase as well. My boys also enjoyed the Pac-Man gaming machine and the multiple games that were on the console. Also, the WIFI was top notch!! Definitely made it easy for my husband to complete work projects and respond to emails easily even with everyone having several devices connected. I can literally go on and on about our stay but I think I've gotten the point across. This was definitely the BEST stay we've had at a vacation rental. We will definitely be using this rental in the future and would recommend anyone else looking for a safe, spacious, beautifully decorated and clean comfortable space to book here. Worth every penny and you won't be disappointed.

Quiet Oasis

Such a beautiful home with a lot of space to spread out. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the well-kept pool. It was not cold enough to start a campfire, but we had fun using the putting green. Would certainly rent again!

Very nice property for groups and families. Well equipped kitchen with items in good condition. Many staples available including coffee, spices. Second fridge in garage was nice to have. Grounds are lush and tropical. Our only negatives were pool maintenance was behind schedule and the grill has not been cleaned in a long time.

Overall this home is what we were looking for! Pool was well heated to swim even with the cooler weather. There are a couple minor maintenance items like a curtain rod hanging off the wall and the one kitchen sink not draining well (luckily there are two sinks!). Would stay here again.

A few things needing attention

The A/C did not keep up with staying cool during the day. The second bathroom tub doesn’t drain properly, so you will stand in a couple of inches of water when showering. We did see 4 small cockroaches. The front curtain panels to completely close to provide privacy. A third panel is needed on the big front window. We were happy enough with everything, but we feel if we don’t mention these things, others may have the same experience, and for the price, these are some easy fixes that should be done.

Perfect Thanksgiving Venue

Property as described and even better when you check in. Very clean and comfortable. Would have loved to see TVs in the other guest bedrooms especially if you have a larger group that want to watch different programs. Location is convenient to stores and shopping so no problem getting what we needed. The outdoors area is great for cooler nights with the firepit and also a heated pool. Overall great stay and would not hesitate to book again the next time I'm in the area.

We had a fantastic stay, BUT!

So first thing I want to say is we would definitely stay here again. The property was nice, it was very clean and the layout worked great for our group (my wife and I, our two daughters 9&11, my in-laws and aunt). The pool was fantastic, and the kitchen well stocked. And we needed next to nothing from the store to cook and eat! Now for the things that could definitely be addressed and then the stay would have been 5 stars. The drains in the main house bathroom and island sink were draining super slow, broken toilet seat in one bathroom and no water pressure in the master shower head. Thankfully the very next morning they had someone come out and remedy all but the island but that was an install problem that cannot be remedied without repiping the plumbing. Also the a/c needed to be serviced and the air filters had not been changed in a long time (I’m and HVAC tech & installer) which obviously affects how the system runs and cools the house. And lastly while there was very prompt communication, I don’t think it was with the home owner (though I kept referring to them by name and was never corrected) so if it’s managed by someone other than the owner they need to come onsite to look at these issues before prospective renters come in. Also upon arrival the pool towels were put away damp (not a huge deal, we just stuck them in the dryer) but it’s the little details that make a stay 5 stars! And the leaving instructions were very vague as to what needed to be done before you check out. Fix some of those minor issues and be forthright with who your communicating with and the place would be 5 stars!!

Great for families, short drive to the beach

Check in was smooth and property manager was easy to communicate with. The place was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. About 10 minute drive to Holmes beach. 30 minutes to Lido Key. The kids enjoyed the pool and the kitchen had everything you need if you wanted to eat in. Only issue we had was the tub and sinks in one of the bathrooms were slow to drain and some minor cosmetic stuff you would expect from a rental. Overall, good experience and would stay again.
