We loved this house! It was a beautiful stay, we will definitely reach out to stay again. The house was exactly as described. The communication was quick and accommodating and above everything, the house was so clean. It was between the high 60s and 70s so the pool did have a hard time gettting warm and the hot tub had some jet issues that we figured out with the instructional packet found in the house. The kids loved all the amenities, the massage chair the arcade the smore box was a favorite as well. Cooking was easy, keeping the space clean was easy, plenty of towels and linens. We loved the ease of pulling the car into the garage and keeping things contained to the laundry room. The garage was stocked with beach things that made a long day at Anna Maria perfect. There is literally everything that you could need at the property and if there are any questions or concerns, the team is immediate to respond. We had the pleasure of meeting the cleaner on the way out and was greatful to be able to express our gratitude because this house was clean. I hardly ever leave 5 stars because most places have me searching for bugs or stains, in 5 minutes of walking into this property I knew I could relax. The only thing I could thing of that would make this property better would be maybe a robot vacuum to set at night although they do have a easy to use cordless shark that we were grateful for. Thank you for a relaxing couple of days, we'll be back!

Platinum Standard – The Best VRBO We’ve Ever Stayed InAfter over a decade of using VRBO, this home is truly platinum standard. It exceeded every expectation.From the moment you walk in, it smells like fresh oranges with a charming vintage beach vibe (60s/70s citrus feel) blended perfectly with modern updates. The bathrooms feel like a spa—giant mirrors, surround sound, blue lighting, and fully stocked with quality toiletries, hairdryers, curling irons, and more.Every detail is thoughtfully done—labeled supplies, great paper products, laundry/dish pods, and plenty of storage. The beds are incredibly comfortable with soft sheets and fluffy pillows.The outdoor space is amazing: heated hot tub ready on arrival, pool, outdoor shower and bathroom, giant TV, cozy seating, fire pit (with s’mores kit!), and a unique kitchen window bar for serving outside.Perfect for families or adults—kids have bunk beds, toys, games, and pool gear, but the space can easily feel adults-only. Extras like a massage chair (don’t skip it!), Nintendo Switch, desk workspace, doggie door, and indoor/outdoor laundry make it even better.We lacked nothing. This is hands-down the best VRBO we’ve stayed in.

This house and the hosts were absolutely wonderful! We fell in love with the house the second we walked in the door and found new things to love throughout the week. The hosts truly thought of everything and made our stay feel like a resort with all of the upgrades and personal touches. The house is beautifully decorated, all of the beds were so comfortable, the bathrooms were like a spa and had built-in Bluetooth speakers that my kids loved, and the outdoor area with pool, hot tub, fire pit, etc. was like a little oasis. I truly could not have asked for a better place for our family vacation. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and responsive as well. 10/10 stay and would definitely book this place again. Beaches were a quick 15 min drive away. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This house is perfect! The decor, the attention to detail, everything is amazing! Super clean all throughout and that's saying a lot because I'm very particular, especially with bathrooms and kitchens...spotless! Hot clean showers, convenient labels for everything and my 5 year old neice had a ball! My 17 year old son said he's been needing a vacation like this. We are already trying to find availiability so we can come back ASAP! Oh, and the beds are soooo comfy!!

Dad's memorial Retreat

From the very first communication with the host ,Serena, I knew this was where I wanted to hold our family retreat following my father's Veteran's memorial service. Serena was so compassionate and sensitive to the nature of our gathering and offered so many kind and supportive words leading up to and throughout our stay. But let me tell you..., WOW! Her home was absolutely the most perfect and beautiful setting for our large family gathering.We were all able to spend quality time together and still have plenty of space to ourselves and not feel like we were on top of one another. She literally thought of EVERYTHING! The attention to detail in decor, amenities and cleanliness can not be matched. I have mixed emotions about leaving this review. It desrves every bit of a five star plus rating but I find myself wanting to keep this little gem to myself.. ha ha.. Bottom line, do not hesitate to book this amazing property. You will NOT be dissapointed! Thank you Serena for everything. I feel like I made a new friend!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was very conveniently close to anything we needed. The house was tastefully decorated and it was spotless. There were plenty of supplies for our stay. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were lovely. We loved the pool area and spent most of our time there. The pool temperature was so perfect, the best we've ever had and we've stayed at a lot of Vrbo's. The massage chair was a nice touch. We hope to return soon. Serena is the best hostess ever!! My family and I loved this house! We had a 2&5 year old with us and they absolutely loved the (heated!) pool, games and toys available. Every inch of the house is thought out and very functional. Can’t wait until we can plan a longer stay to come back!

No detail was overlooked


Top notch host, every imaginable amenity, extremely clean and super fun! We hosted a 15th birthday sleepover for my daughter & 8 friends. They had the best time taking photos all around the house and swimming in the pool. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and enough extra blankets for everyone. The space is well thought out and the video games were a fun extra touch. Love Ms. Pac-Man! Oh and my husband loved the massage chair! I did reach out to find out why the pool light wasn’t working and didn’t get a response until too late but it was fine - no one cared because they were so entertained. Lol. Come the next day and we were shocked to see the host gave us a credit for not responding right away. That to me is what a true professional does and that small gesture makes us want to continue to give future business to this great host. Thank you for a wonderful time my daughter will never forget.

They thought of everything.

This is one of the best short term rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Serena made it super easy to check in. They’ve thought of everything! My kids had books to read, toys to play with, and the pool was so nice. We didn’t even have to bring any of our normal beach items. They had everything ready for a great vacation. I hope we get a chance to stay here again soon!

Beautiful Property!

My wife and I had the most amazing time staying at this beautiful property. This home has everything you can possibly need and the hosts were amazing! We really appreciated the fact that the hosts not only had the bathrooms and kitchen fully stocked with everything you can possibly need but they even had coffee and snacks for us. This home is located in the perfect area on a very safe & quiet street centrally located to everything you could possibly want including stores, grocery stores, beaches and more. The outdoor space is amazing with a beautiful pool and so many seating areas. The hosts were very responsive and really made us feel at home. We would highly recommend this home of your planned g to vacation in beautiful sunny Florida! We will definitely be back!
