Great house and hosts!

This is the cleanest house we have ever rented. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils and whatever you need. The pool and outdoor space is very nice and able to accommodate everyone including the little kids very well. There is an additional patio next to the screened in pool with a large gas grill and eating area. It is also very private outside which is a plus! Close to grocery stores and other shopping as well as a short drive to the beach. The owners were both accommodating and helpful! We would highly recommend this home!

Best VRBO Ever Rented- Near AMI GEM!

This was hands down the loveliest rental we have ever had. (We have rented all over Florida for almost 20 years) House is perfectly appointed down to laundry detergent and paper towels. Generous towels, beach towels, and linens. Super clean and updated living and bedroom spaces. Comfortable beds and smart tvs. Lanai and pool/hot tub clean and well maintained. Yard gets gorgeous sun all day. Hosts made every detail of house easy to use. Quiet older but lovely neighborhood about 8-10 minutes from all the best AMI beaches and super near grocery and convenience stores. A great location. The hosts were lovely and accommodating and super responsive. It truly felt like home away from home. We highly recommend!

Loved our time at Palma Sola!

We loved the layout of this rental with the pool and spa just outside of the kitchen and living area, which resulted in maximum efficiency and fun. Easy access to Manatee Ave bridge as well. This rental had everything we needed and was very clean. Loved our stay here!

Best VRBO in Braden

We have rented at least 20 houses in the area and this one was the best equipped and had the most comfortable beds. It also had the best lighting. You could actually read without straining your eyes! The owners have provided many convenient items that are often missing from rentals. The pool and spa were great.

Lovely home

My family and I spent 10 days at this beautiful place. The house is well equipped with everything you need to make yourself comfortable, from enough beach towels, beach gear, kitchen utensil, etc. Also, the house is very well located at 10 minutes driving from Manatee Beach, and Coquina Beach, which are beautiful beaches. Everything was nearby and convenient. Most importantly the house was clean and spacios for our family of 5. A bonus point is the mango tree in the backyard that gave us sweet mangos to enjoy during our stay. We highly recommend this place.

Home away from home

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The house is fabulous - beautiful, comfortable, immaculate regarding the furnishings and cleanliness. It is well stocked with utensils, appliances, pantry staples and spices, pool, beach and golfing items...- anything you may need is provided. The place feels like a home away from home rather than a vacation rental. The property is private and the neighborhood quiet, while well located in proximity to the beach and town amenities. Highly recommend and we will definitely rent again!

Good place

We really liked this place because of the close proximity to the island and Sarasota. What we did not like was the uncomfortable furniture. I have a bad back and could not find a good place to sit. The hot tub was great! The pool was chilly and with dead bugs around the edges.

The house was immaculate, lovely bed linens and towels, many amenities that kept us from going to grocery store every few days. It was easy to get to the beaches and to downtown Bradenton. Host was very responsive and helpful. We definitely would recommend this rental!

Excellent rental near Anna Maria Island and Sarasota

The property was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. Communication from the owner was excellent. Easy to follow instructions were throughout the house. Ten minutes by car is access to a wonderful park called Robinson Preserve for walking, biking, and kayaking. Grocery store is five minutes away. We will stay here again if we return to this area.

Highly recommend this house!

The past reviews and pictures are very accurate in describing this property. The house was very clean, nearly every kitchen item (and more), lots of bath and beach towels. The owners gave very clear instructions for check in as well as how to use remote controls, spa, door locks, etc. David and Jill truly have thought of every thing to make their guests comfortable and enjoy their stay. Other bonuses are the proximity to Anna Maria Island, grocery stores, and restaurants. The weather was not perfect Florida weather, but since the pool was heated and plenty of sunshine on the pool deck and backyard, it allowed us opportunities to enjoy cool days but still swim and enjoy the sun. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. We enjoyed many walks throughout the neighborhood and nearby preserves. I cannot recommend this property enough!

Bliss

The property was just as the pictures showed, it was modern, clean and welcoming. The pool and spa were enjoyed repeatedly by the whole family. The neighborhood is well kept and quiet. The location of the house was central to everything. It was great not having to travel long distances to get to beaches, beach activities, restaurants or cool tourist attractions. The hosts, David and Jill, were very helpful, kind and polite. Everything about this trip and the stay was fabulous. We will be back, my husband is already planning on returning in a couple of months. Thank you David, Jill and Vrbo.
