I couldnât stay there for the night. I didnât feel safe. There was no electricity on the boat. And there was no there way to get to the dock from the boat other than waiting on for the water taxi.
It was a wonderful experience to spend the night on a boat. But the service from the hosts could be better. Delays in taxi service and generator operation, for example. I would definitely repeat the experience again.
The smell inside the cabin was terrible, AC did not work properly running off a car battery with a power inverter it wasnt enough power to run the fan and AC .Theres no shower and the toilet had a plunge to flish you had to pour water in it.I sent a text for help did not recieve it We had to call the Coast Guard.
I would give negative 5 stars if I could.
My boat was infested with cockroaches of all sizes. They were everywhere inside and outside the boat, on the beds, on the cabinets, the dock, the kitchenette, stairs.. you get it, EVERYWHERE!
I was with my senior mom and minor niece and we had to leave within an hour due to the roach invasion wich is a HEALTH HAZARD! The boat was powered by a power plant wich kept tripping and losing power. You would have to side step on the dock to reach the plant and reset it wich is a SAFETY HAZARD! I reached out to Brittany and requested a refund and since then she has not gotten back to me and has blocked me. I've requested a refund through the booking agency (Hotels.com) and she has been ignoring their calls too. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOST / DESTINATION AT ALL.
I had to book a hotel last minute an hour away form my original location due to this negligence.
I'm still fighting for my refund.
Everything about this experience was bad, lack of communication from the owners. I paid $25 for a water taxi. (Daily!) and the guy was sat on the dock about a mile away from us, all morning, waiting for gasoline and never came. The boat we were taken to had absolutely no shade and worst of all NO POWER!!!!, no facilities and no AC!!! We were left stranded in the middle of the bay All night and all of the first morning and had no means of transportation to get off... Believe it or not in the end, we had to call the police to come and rescue us and were told that this was a common occurrence with this owner!! We went home a day early in disgust!!!!!..
The boat had no windows it looked i. It was in Bad condition the one next to it was under water. I just turned around and left Rocki was nice who took you over in a john boat that was leaking. The owner argued, but Iâve been around boats all my life and this is just a way to get money to stay in boats that cannot be used. Stay away from this! It should not be on Expedia. It was a waste of money and of course they refuse refund for that. I will be taking out a Better Business Bureau and other options I will pursue. I only ask for my money back so buyer beware
No water on board, no electricity, no refrigerator, chemical fumes in bathroom so strong couldnât sleep below, it was super hot below as well. Couldnât take a shower.
Brittany Never showed up to take me to the boat , nor her cronies that weâre supposed to meet us at ramp⊠WE WERE STRANDED⊠after waiting 3 hours.!!!!!! AT 8:30 pm with no where to stay !!!!!
I booked this last minute when we were in the area. When we showed up to the address it is a public boat ramp. I was very confused and tried to contact someone about it. Noone answered number that provided and it had a generic voice message. This is all suspicious.
3 days after my booking date I received a mesg on how to check in.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS LADY!!!!! I WAS GIVEN FOUR DIFFERENT ADDRESSES FOR THE PROPERTY. THE ADDRESS ON THE ITINERARY IS NOT THE ADDRESS. I WAS GIVEN THREE DIFFERENT NUMBERS. THE ONE ON THE ITINERARY NO ONE ANSWERS AND WHEN EXPEDIA GAVE ME HER NUMBER SHE KEPT FORWARDING MY CALLS!!! TO TOP IT ALL OFF I WAITED TWO HRS FOR HER TO MEET ME AND SHE STOOD ME UP AND MY MAN NOTICED THE BOAT WE WERE SUPPOSE TO GET WAS FLIPPED OVER!!!!! SHES RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!!! WE JUST TRIED ON 3/23/24 DONT DO IT!!!! WAYYYY TO MUCH STRESS!! I WAS AT THE DOCK FROM 7:10P-9:45P.
We booked one night here and unfortunately never got to experience it. The host was not very communicative and kept delaying our check in due to their transportation issues. After several hours of delays, lack of communication, and not being able to bring us to our boat, we were left stranded with no where to stay.
I was no able to experience, since I was never picked up for check in, they claimed it was to windy, and changed mi check in from 6pm to 8pm then we (Brittany, âthe person in chargeâagreed on cancelling, and that I would get a refund. So I went home. Next day they wanted me to check in for my second night, and at the same time I was on âstand byâ for check in. It truly was a very confusing and draining experience, they will do everything so they do not return your money. Iâm still waiting, hope she does the right thing. It was a long drive to get there, communication is not good. Nothing good about this booking. Did not get to go, and they still have my money.

You have to be willing to try something different in order to like it. Being out in the bay at night has a peace to it!
I paid for 5 people to be on a boat for two nights. There is no check in office. So you need to make sure you talk to someone in the phone. When I called. Nobody answered. I called maybe about 10 times. Until I found a random number to call and I think I got ahold of someone who no longer worked there. I was told they could not hold all 5 of us after I made my reservations. They would have to split us up among boats. Iâm a single mom with 4 kids. So ya. No!
Since I booked within the day. (Within the 24 hour period) I cannot get both of my days back in a refund. I was told I could get one day back.
Still have not seen that!
Not happy and you should not be able to book if you donât have the space. Or the experience
