Great place with perfect gathering spaces-inside and out.

We would definitely stay here again, the house was very clean and perfect for our party of six. We had plenty of room to gather together inside and outside by the pool. The tiki hit was a big hit for everyone.

Tiki house

House was nice inside and out. And location was pretty good to where we had to be for our lacrosse tournament. I would say that you really need to have extra trash bag liners, toilet paper, paper towels and soap in each bathroom. We had 5 adults and two teenagers and not enough to go around for the 5 nights 6 days we were there. Also there were no wash clothes in any of the bathrooms.

Family Vacation

Our family is eight included 4 adult children and spouse and my 17 year old daughter. This house was perfect for our group. There was ample room for everyone to have his/her own space. The outside pool and tiki area was perfect for swimming, reading, and hanging together. It is a 15 minute drive to AMI but we enjoy being away from the main tourist attractions. I would definitely recommend this property for families wanting to relax and enjoy a relaxing vacation.

Beautiful home

Beautiful house!!!!!! Yard, pool and Hut with great comfy chairs were amazing. Mosquitoes were bad!!!!!! I would stay there again. If you had problems they were right on it. Just call or text and they would get back with you.

Awesome Stay, great location

Easy check in process, very clean home and spacious. Had everything we needed for our short stay. Only 13min from the beach and restaurants. Overall we had a great time and the pool area is awesome. TVs in everyone room, and comfort beds! Only this whichbis a great feture to have is the pool alarm. With a group of people we heard the alarm plenty of times.

Wonderful Stay with a Few Hiccups...

I recently stayed at an amazing property booked through VRBO. The overall experience was great, but there were a couple of things that could have been improved or fixed to make the stay even better. The property itself was truly amazing, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The location was stunning, and the interior of the house was beautifully decorated. The rooms were spacious, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The surrounding scenery added to the charm of the place and made it a perfect retreat. However, there were a few issues that left a bit to be desired. One major disappointment was the jacuzzi tub. It was listed as one of the amenities, and we were really looking forward to using it. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi tub was not working during our stay. We reached out to the property office to report the issue, and the response we received was that the tub was in working condition and that we should give it another try. Despite following the instructions provided, we were unable to get the tub to work at all. This was a significant letdown as we had specifically chosen this property for the jacuzzi experience. However our stay was wonderful, with its stunning location and inviting interior. However, there were a few downsides that affected the overall experience. The non-functional jacuzzi tub, the confusion caused by numerous light switch switches, an and the inability to utilize the outdoor speaker system were notable drawbacks.

Even better than it looks

This place was fantasic. Tiki hut is enormous. Pool is terrific with a legit deep end. Kitchen is nicely stocked. Grill is great. Not a ton of indoor hangout space, but who needs that with all the outdoor amenities? Just remember to pack your bug spray. : )

Great rental home! Highly recommend

This home was absolutely perfect for our Florida vacation! We felt totally relaxed and really enjoyed the Tiki and pool area as our own private oasis, it's such a wonderful space! Our family would take a short drive over to Anna Maria Island for a beach day in the morning and want to come back by early afternoon to relax and grill out for a late lunch. The bedrooms were beautifully furnished and spacious, really well laid out so that our group all had space to themselves. We used the kitchen daily, it had all the necessities of home with plenty of dishes and pans, it was so convenient not to have to order take out for each meal. We very much enjoyed our time vacationing here, thank you so much for hosting us. We hope to come back soon and highly recommend this home to anyone!
