Lagoon views from the screened balcony — a quiet, private outdoor space for morning coffee and evening wind-downs. Anglers Bay is a One Particular Harbour condo where the lagoon orientation gives the outdoor space a different character from the Sound-facing units. Two complimentary bikes are included for exploring the area.

Three bedrooms sleep six. The primary suite has a king bed and ensuite bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bath — two ensuite bathrooms in the same unit is a genuine luxury for a group. The third bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed, ideal for families with kids of different ages. Three full bathrooms throughout. The open-concept living area has a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious island — well-configured for meals at home during a longer stay.

The resort amenities are consistent across One Particular Harbour: heated community pool and cabana, children's tot lot and splash zone, BBQ grilling area, deep water marina for sunset strolls, and Floridays restaurant on the property. The free island trolley stops nearby. Manatee Beach on the Gulf is a 2-minute drive over the bridge.

Had a wonderful 30 day stay at Waterfront Escape. Views out the bedroom and porch were spectacular, especially at sunset! Unit was very clean when we arrived and fully stocked with usual supplies plus a few games and puzzles. Bikes and beach gear were available as well. Everything worked properly and had no issues with any appliances or TV/WIFI. Location near AMI was very helpful as it was only a few minutes to beach, restaurants and shops.

Waterfront Escape - Anglers Bay

Fun week with the family. Property and unit were very well maintained. The layout of the unit exceeded all our expectation for a family of 5. Close to everything…short drive to beautiful beaches. Would definitely recommend this unit and property to anyone.

Wonderful Stay at Angler’s Bay

We had a superb stay at Angler’s Bay. The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay. We loved the area, only 5/10 minute drive to Anna Maria Island and it’s beautiful beaches! The view from the apartment was also absolutely gorgeous!!

Spectacular

Spectacular. Beautiful place clean and convenient to Annamarie Island. Beach is a beautiful restaurants are great. Only thing I would say is the pool is small for the short stay quests. Other than that totally recommend this place.

Beautiful apartment, isolated neighborhood

Pros Beautiful, modern apartment; Great floor plan. Nice screened-in porch overlooking the bay. Easy access to Anna Maria Island. Cons Kitchen and home is furnished to the bare minimum. Most glasses were plastic. Most dishes were plastic/melamine. Heated dry feature of dishwasher did not work. Location is somewhat isolated, particularly if you want to walk out the front door. Had to drive out of the way to Anna Maria Island to check in and check out. A charging desert for an electric car.

Great place to stay!

This is the property for you if you have children! My husband and I wish we would have none about this place when our children were toddlers even. It is a wonderful place to stay in regards to Anna Maria Island, close to the beach but yet not around TOO many people and great amenities.

Beautiful Condo with a great view

We loved staying in this condo! It was super clean and had everything we needed! There was plenty of space for the sox of us. The view was very pretty of the harbor, plus the drive to the beach only took us a few minutes! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful time staying here. Gillian was so nice, cheery, and welcoming. The condo is clean and decorated so nicely, exactly like the photos. The pool is a quick walk away, and the beach is just a short 5 minute drive. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice getaway, we didn’t want to leave!

I'm extremely picky and this unit exceeded all my expectations and requirements. Great owners, great unit, great location. Loved being on the first floor so we could use the stairs to run up and down if we wanted. Loved sitting on the lanai watching the boats go back and forth. Loved the fact that we could use the big community pool because we stayed 30+ days. I would not hesitate staying here again and highly recommend it to all my family and friends.

Bradenton Christmas

Visited with Bradenton family for a special Christmas. Would not have stayed anywhere else. This is a wonderful place to stay and one with special memories...feels like home. Slice of FL Paradise

Excellent property that is just minutes from Anna Maria Island beaches. The condo was beautiful, as well as the amenities. There is a small pool conveniently located just outside the condo. There is a main clubhouse located a short walk, bike, or drive from the condo with many amenities, including a large pool, beach area, workout facilities, kayaks and more. They are all situated in a lovely gated community. The condo itself is well appointed. The screened in deck was beautiful to take in the sunsets and looked over Anna Maria Sound. Everything was as described. Our family truly enjoyed our vacation at this lovely property. The owners are quite spectacular as well. They were quick to answer any of my questions and very welcoming. I would love to come back and stay another time! It truly was a memorable vacation for my family!
