The 15 holiday lofts are situated on the edge of the Brandenburg old town, only 800 metres from the pedestrian zone. It is a few minutes on foot, by bike or by boat into the town centre, where you can stroll along the pedestrian zone, visit one of the many old churches such as the Brandenburger Dom, or visit the theatre. The many restaurants invite you to enjoy cosy evenings. For over 100 years, the finest wool and wool silk were produced on the site of the former worsted yarn spinning factory. Today you can enjoy life by the Havel here and relax. No matter whether you want to simply chill out in one of the two gardens, on the terrace or on the swimming jetty â here you can find peace and quiet right by the water, in the midst of town.
This apartment has an individual terrace area planted with hedges all around. The Bavarian rustic beer garden tables and chairs invite you to enjoy cosy hours in the fresh Havel air. This area is adjoined by a large lawn by the banks of the Havel with direct access to the houseâs own swimming jetty with a ladder to facilitate getting in and out of the canoe or rowing boat. There is also a grill area there with a very large natural stone table (ca. 5 x 1.20m).
The holiday apartment is on the ground floor of the former tannery and has a spacious and generous layout (86mÂČ). It is barrier-free throughout with unrestricted wheelchair access. The generously equipped apartment is suitable for 4 people or with supplementary beds for 6 people. Childrenâs travel beds and highchairs can be booked in advance. The Italian sofas and armchairs in the living room invite you to relax. The big flatscreen TV with cable channels and a Blu-ray player provide ample entertainment. The stereo system with a Bluetooth connection allows you to enjoy your own music. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. The living room directly adjoins the kitchen-diner with a fully-equipped kitchen (toaster also available on request) and a generous, solid wooden dining table, inviting you to enjoy culinary experiences. One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double box spring bed and the other with a single box spring bed.
The town of Brandenburg by the Havel is over 1000 years old and lies amidst the Mark Brandenburg between Berlin and Magdeburg. It is connected to other towns in the area by the blue strip of the Havel, country roads and cycle paths, so you can go on exploratory tours on the water or on land, whether it is by boat, bike, car or on foot. Berlin is only about 45 minutes away by Regional Express 1.
There is a large, enclosed room on the ground floor for storing bicycles, canoes or rowing boats, as well as a shared washing machine with a dryer available for use (bookable in advance). The accommodation is classified as four-star. Canoe hire and tour recommendations are available. A parking space, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are free of charge, as well as a choice of games in dull weather.
