Brick home situated on 5 acres of land located within 20 minutes to 5 different fresh water springs-Ginnie Springs, Gilcrest Blue Springs, Poe Springs, Icknutuckie Springs, and Troy Springs. Many more natural springs in the surrounding areas. Short drive to Suwannee River, Santa Fe River, and Icknutuckee River where you can kayak, canoe, boat, and fish. The home has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, family room with domino/card table. 2 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. Downtown Branford is a 15 minute drive where you will find a few local restaurants, fast food, grocery store, and more. Come and enjoy land stretched out far and wide! Country life where it’s quiet and peaceful. You will see chickens, a dog, and kittens roaming around on the property. The only thing that is missing is you! There is a grounds keeper in the back, don’t bother them and they won’t bother you.

Definitely had issues. Would not stay again.

Pros: Clean house. Very large house. The groundkeeper was super nice and helpful. Cons: No internet or WIFI. Owner stated she was unaware then told me 3-5 days to repair. Recommended McDonalds or Starbucks for free wifi. SERIOUSLY? No plates or cups, no washcloths, paint job in house terrible. ( paint on doorknobs, cabinets, like an afterthought). Food left in refrigerator with a do not touch sign. Chicken coup right outside bedroom window, so 5am you are awake. Groundkeeper RV is right out the backdoor, so you truly cant enjoy the backyard. Definitely did not have a homie vibe. This house has huge potential for an awesome VRBO, but its not there right now
